Calyxs on leaf!

Hi,
I was looking at a friends O*Thai Haze X Skunk #1 and found a fan leaf near the top that has about 4 complete calyxs on the top of the leaf where the individual leafs come together. I will try to get a photo.

This is the first time I think I have ever seen that.

I was wondering if anyone else out there heard of such?

I've seen a picture of something like that, but I wrote it off as creativity. I may have to sit and rethink my entire life now. If that's the way the plant is, it's quite unique.

I just posted this in the Swazi discussion yesterday, sorry the closeup pic is blurred, but you get the idea, we never had digital cameras back then.....

Out of many crops, it only did this once or twice, no obvious clues about any unusual stresses, just a rare treat.

Hi,
Yeah its weird alright! I have a Sony DSC 600 digital cam but cant get it to zoom in close enough. There is about 10 calyx's on there now. It is definitely 100% female plant. Growing very well. This plant is not hard to grow at all imo. The seeds came from Nirvana.

Hi,
I was trying to put a pic but does not work when I try to upload...I will try again later...yeah the leaf has a bunch of calyx's on there and they are pretty distinct, seem to be building up right there!

I can't say I have ever seen this myself until now other than in the MJ Book by r connell.

Found one last year on O*Thai X Haze X Sk#1...found pic but not good enough to post. maybe this is genetic since ww is related?

I heard this was pretty rare.
