advice from jackherer growers.

Hey Guys.

I was wondering if you Jackherer growers can give me some insight.
In the past i have grown mainly indica dominant strains which dont get much over 3 feet.I managed to get 5 jackherer clones which I have put under my 600watt hps.I know that jack is a mainly sativa strain so what kind of veg time am i looking at and how many weeks in flower?
Also,whats the smell like during peak flowering?

if i where you i would ,let it go at least 12in .my experience with kalimist is expect 3x the stretch .but its the pheno you have .i have had kalimist phenom that stretched 2x and one that had no stretch ask the person you got the clones from.but if you have grow stuff at 3ft then 4-5 ft you can do by bending and training.

I've been growing Jack Herer for a year. I did not have seeds but rather I picked-up a couple of clones at one of the medical clinics. It is a fantastic strain and it does have a 'demonstrated proclivity' to stretch quite a bit in the first 2 weeks of your 12-hour cycle.

LST works extremely well with this strain. I do not recommend using the FIM technique but your phenotype might do well so experimentation is important.

Regardless of how you get across the finish line you'll end up with some very, very fine buds and lots of them. This strain is a very good yielder especially given the heavy sativa influence.

sensi seeds catalog says 50-70 days flowering, crossing 3 of the strongest stains available, so there will be variation. ihad a friend grow this and 1 pheno was very indica looking, buy very sativa in stone! go figure

The sativa-dominant pheno that I'm growing takes 65 days with 33% amber showing.

I didnt find the smell stronger than say a skunk myself , she takes a it longer than a fast indica but not like some 120 day haze or anything. You're gonna be a happy camper soon

^^^^They look just like that and are covered with great weed and if vegged for a long time they can throw some pounds.It's great weed to grow all around.No one is sorry that they grew Jack Herer!!! Chaco.

don't want them to get to tall so it looks like a couple of weeks in veg then the switch.
