Yamaha - you should take your calculations for the walls x 120%. You'll need it by the time you put in the corners and backing and frame the door. You'll also need an additional 2x20' of 2x6 for the rim joists.

Let me clarify, I prefer the styrofoam method when at least 2 walls, the ceiling and the floor will meet with the structural walls/floor/ceiling. This, plus some posts, gives a very strong structure. Not drywalling and using conventional insulation with a vapor barrier is WAY less durable (and harder to clean) than styrofoam against a wall with a strengthened mylar film over it. This stuff is way friendlier to move than fiberglass insulation, if you have an appropriate sized truck.

I prefer vinyl on the floor because I have had leaks with tarp. Also, the vinyl is pretty reflective.

My current room is a box in a box, seperated from all the existing walls. For that, I 2x4, fiberglass insulated, vapor sealed and drywalled both sides. This is a hydro room with many air pumps and a water fall, I did it for sound prevention, and so I could use a cheapo window ac.

Gotta remember. that people get greedy if you dont trust them with your life good luck... as for you being able to do time... like someone else said its gonna go fed. level thats mandatory sentence and for big timers they like to attached a 10-20 year sentence... but that usually goes to the guy who didnt rat out everyone. trust me you dont wanna go to the pen. because even if your there for 2 years you get caught up your doing alot more time... or you can refuse to back your race and then you got bigger problems like getting shanked in the yard...

sounds liek a movie but thats how it goes down...

I dont know if someone mentioned before but if you have a well and free water you should use chillers instead of a/c.. save lots of $ in power and easy to install and move around..... also you can use 3 phase exhaust fans. I recommend growtronix as a controller.
I think pots or soil beds would be cheapest and easiest.
I suggest keeping your ballasts in a separate room. maybe look for ballasts with long range ignitors. i know sola makes some rated for 50ft. do all electrical work safely. use boxes and properly rated wire.
