do you remember Coco montoya, I think he played guitar for john mayall, he was a drummer for the Ice Man, when he learned to play guitar, anyway i seen john kay at winterland twice, anyway again,you might be a old fart if your living room was plastered wall to wall with the little psycadelic posters they handed out after the concert, hehe I know mine was!!!

i saw u mentioned Bobby Sherman last time i talked about him i'd gone, god i remember this like yesterday!!! I'd gone to see the Ervine Krantz presents THE JAMES GANG at the Beserkely community theater and out comes the band with some strange dude on guitar and some dude that half the crowd thought was bobby sherman, the Walsh was gone and 500 people intially walked out!! by the end of the second song another thousand went , what a rip half the crowd didn't understand what was happening, man it was funny, but we were Pi## off though lol

Reading these things takes us all back to time that were exciting i grew up in the 60's and lived in the west then moved to the south where the school was a 2 story building with grade school on the 1st floor and High school on the 2nd. Where i left on the west coast the student body was close to 2000, the south was 75. But the Beatles were just getting ti the USA, JFK was shot and you could not buy cold beer any where. Some counties were dry as a fart. By 65 I had smoked my first J and life was good.
