12/12 from seed with reveg

Hi guys! I'm a really new member and I have been cultivating for less that a year, but I really enjoyed this hobby and I'm sure it will be for life! - Now to my subject:
Here in ICMag there are some very interesting discussions about 12/12 from seed growing. I was wondering, if I wanted to reveg a seedling started in 12/12 after it shows sex, will it grow to its full potential or it will be just stunned in small height and with small buds? I wonder about it cause my first plant just showed sex(Unfortunately its a male) and I'm thinking of keeping only one big mother plant to have a more serious plot.

I'm a beginer grower, this is my 3rd grow, I grow with lots of CFLs, I have active outtake from a PC fan, with no filter, I'm not using nutrients if the plants look healthy, and the seeds are bagseeds. Propably albanian weed actually.(Cause I noticed that some people are quite meticolus round here!)

Also I wanted to ask, what smells stronger, one big plant or lots of small plants for the same yield?? Thanx in advance! I'll post sometime my previous grows cause there are quite interesting to discuss!

Yes it will grow but the problem is that it will take some serious time to revert back. Just grow the plant for 3 weeks to 1 month and maybe it show pre-flowers like 90 percent of the plants I grow seem to do.
Smell is relative, if you have one big plant that is the size of 4 smaller then for the most part it would be the same.

U better your odds of having some good herb if you grew more than one from seed, seeds a lot of times carry different pheno types and usually u end up with one being more dank than the rest, that dank one is the one u want but in order to find her u usually must grow more than one. Smell depends on the strain, u could have 100 week ass plants that dont smell too much and then add one killer stank strain in the mix and u gon smell it.

Smell isn't always indicative of potency either.
Some seriously smelly cannabis can be seriously potent and have a sister from the same seeds that smells just as wicked but the smoke is only so-so in potency.

It takes growing a lot of seeds sometimes to find really really good mums

yeah, i've regenerated from full bud, only so i could save the genetics, and the new growth was a little smaller, but i think if you give it time and love you should be alright.

Thanx for the responses! I'm back and I have some interesting pics and new data!!

So, my latest growing style is teaching me a LOT in very short time!
I'm growing 12/12 always, and I've seen that some plants like it much more than others.

My box smells only a little but when the lights go off it starts to stink a bit.

The plants in the pics was grown in 1.5litre bottles, with regular soil, and I fertilized with a 30-10-10 (but not with a lot of it) only when I saw some yellowing leaves in the base. The 2 empty bottles you see are the base of the pot. I applies something I call NST(no stress training) to it. I just lied it down when it was tall enough and left it grow upwards cause of the phototropism.

so I gained some height deducting the height of the container when growing. As you can see, it worked preety well for it!!




And thank GOD it really doesnt smell much!!!

I have a theory that goes like that:
Ppl use negative ion generators to stop the smell in their rooms.
Fluorescents produce a certain ammount of UV radiation because of faults in their white coating that is producing visible light from the UV radiation that is originally produced from the mercury vapors.
UV light in turn, makes negative ions (Oxygen3 or ozon as most ppl refer to it) and thus it makes the room less smelly!


I had to kill plants before because of the stupid smell!


Oh, and its quite potent, because i collected some brown pistils from it and smoked them! It hit me pretty well!

So my questions now is:

-Based on your experience, and I know some of you have lots of it, how much to you think it will yield??

-I think this is a good one for a mom! Its 12/12 from seed and showed no yellowing or slow growth at any point! What do you think?

-Almost the whole plant is buds! You cant see that in the pics! - Do you think it will revert?

-How much longer do you think it will take to finish? Still almost all of the hairs are white! -now its officially exactly 8 weeks old. With the microscope most of the trichomes in the leaves near buds seem white/milky. But I have no brown or amber!

Oh, and I almost forgot, it is very likely that this is a breed. It is bagseed, but from a closet grower. What strain does it look like? (If its possible to tell!...)

And it showed sex at around 3.5 weeks.
