should i harvest the tops first?

i have 3 plants , the tops are about done. I think I'm gonna harvest them first and then move the light down until the rest of the buds are done is this a common thing. this strain obviously does not finish all at once.

and then wait for how long to cut the rest? you would save more time just starting a new crop.

a week isn't bad at all. i usually go on to the next crop right away.

If it doesn't delay your next grow, go for it. I'm sure folks would be interested to hear your results, me included.

it's just that they are not quite don yet, and they really are not that small they're nice ones.

Mofreak-

I have removed the faster finishing top colas before harvesting the rest of the plant. It allows the bottom buds to get the light exposure they need to crystal up and have their pistils change color. I would recommend you do it, but like others said, don't bother if you have another group of vegged plants ready to flower, some seedlings ready to go, etc.

Peace.

Cuttin the mature stuff first is a must. Then wait another week or even two if thats how long it takes to ripen the popcorn stuff at the bottom.

Indeed it will increase the yield for that single grow!
But when that is said you should compare it with the increased use of electricity and time.
