Cleaning bubblebag screens?

Would there be a way to clean bubblebags to make sure the screens are unclogged as possible?

I am sure rinsing them afterwards is always a great way, but what if over time or if they were not rinsed perfectly/heavily once or twice?

I believe rinsing them with ISO is the best/safest way to get the residue out. I have only used mine twice so haven't needed to do it yet but that is what I read, and what I will try when necessary.
