On my way up today. Hope to see you there JustaLilRowdy. Will call ahead.

Update: Tried to stop by but no go, got pulled over literally in front of the spot. Cop was cool, but he'd been sitting there across the street. Didn't even see him but as soon as I passed the spot, I put it into reverse to park the car on the street. He automatically whipped around and came down the street. Pulled into the hardware store parking lot. He asked us if we missed our turn. Where we were going, etc... I was still going to go but it didn't make sense. So just kept going and enjoyed the day around the lake.

Maybe I'll try again, but it doesn't seem likely soon. Was really looking forward to the Cherry Pez and some other things. Oh well.

Wow I just joined this forum today and I'm kida lookin around, I just germinated 10 white widow fems and a couple MAZARS,i bought them from the UK, i WOULD DRIVE TO CLEAR LAKE, for some decent clones, just for the trip, I grew up in San leandro and have pretty much stayed away since, but thats pretty far north of the bay area or has it extended there yet.

Man, when I was there I bought my clones and walked out to my car with two flats. The same cop probably was sitting on that corner and looking RIGHT at me. I calmly put my gear in the car, went back inside and smoked a FAT joint of sourbubble with the fine folks there. Those damn cops. Hope all is well, know your rights and be careful

The offense was definitely putting the car into reverse, he said I was on the Highway (sorry I didn't think the ca-20 was a major highway), either way. I wasn't on the street, There is nothing wrong with parallel parking, when you pass a spot and then reverse into it. I wasn't thinking that the 20 was a highway etc...

Seems like it might be cool but that they're watching to see what's going on. Truthfully I was going to stop but he went as far as to ask my passengers for Id's. Which I thought was totally unnecessary.

We do know our rights. We asked if we were being investigated as soon as he asked my friends for id's. He said "why, have you been doing something?" That old if you haven't done anything then you shouldn't have a problem with searching, cooperating etc... Only criminals don't trust the cops etc...

Anyway. It was a far drive (several hours back and forth), but a beautiful area. Perhaps I shall return. Last time it was the bugs, this time it was the cops. Maybe third times the charm.

Minds I : Not sure what the deal on seeds is in Cali, Don't think they'd care. I've heard about an increased demand in the state for seeds because of the crack down on clones. Not really sure though. I've only seen 2 places that sell them in the Bay. It's not consistent though and there's no way to know about the care, viability, and legitimacy of said seeds.

I was excited for the Blue Dream, Cherry Pez, and Pineapple Skunk. No go though.

Which clubs in the bay where selling seeds? If you don't mind me asking. I've heard this also. People visiting the clubs, asking for seeds more and more. I've heard they are getting tired of clones. Nothing bad, but bring home clones that are sick or full of bugs. Plus, they are looking for new crosses to try.

Just what I've heard from my buddies. Curious as to the clubs selling seeds. Take care and stay safe.

BillyGoat : I don't want to distract this thread, but the places that It's420 mentioned are the only ones I know as well. Would really love to see more of them if anyone knows send me a pm.

I figured thursday was the best day since it would be fresh. Or saturday's for the farmers market, but you've got to figure that one would be busy since most people have the day off.

We are extremely luck. Thanks for running this Justalilrowdy, hope to get up there and meet you soon. Third times the charm :)

This is from http://www.rowdys420review.com/home.html

My intention posting this is to point out how GOOD the people at Good Karma Growers are (same reason they are alerting people with the link).

They ARE IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED with the following, its just FYI local info pertinent to this thread.

And the 2 million in cash is a misprint, as others note. I just copy pasted the above link.

BREAKING 420 NEWS For Lake County Ca!
These are the kind of people who ruin it for the rest of the prop 215 patients and the
very reason we left Alternative Solutions. We respect prop 215 guidelines.
Alternative Solutions was TOTALLY OUT OF COMPLIANCE WITH PROP 215!
The level of greed was repulsive!
Wed Jan 28th

LAKE COUNTY Authorities served two search warrants, found more than 140 pounds
of marijuana and made three arrests Wednesday, according to a press release from
the Lake County Narcotic Task Force (LCNTF).

Middletown resident Moeun Dam, 40, was arrested after his home in the 21000 block
of Highway 29 was searched at approximately 10 a.m. Wednesday. Detectives found
indoor marijuana grow, where the plants had been harvested and were being dried.

Detectives found 48 pounds of processed marijuana and 80 pounds of unprocessed
marijuana. The residence was prepared to grow more than 500 marijuana plants,
according to the release.

Evidence found at Dam's home led the LCNTF and Lake County Sheriff's Office to
serve a search warrant at the Alternative Solutions Collective in the 12000 block of
East Highway 20 in Clearlake Oaks, according to the release.

During the 4 p.m. search, detectives found a honey oil/hash laboratory and evidence
that the collective was operating outside of state guidelines. Authorities arrested
Clearlake Oaks resident Daniel Clark, 22, and Santa Rosa resident Caleb Hazard, 26,
on charges of distributing marijuana, conspiracy and possessing a clandestine honey
oil laboratory.

Detectives seized 15 pounds of processed marijuana, more than $2.1 million in
cash, two pounds of hashish and dozens of food items containing marijuana,
according to the release.
