Haha I was about to reply sayin gI thoght I said my tap was 80ppm and .1ec but you figured it out. I don't expect people to read EVERY word and don't mind answering questions that have been covered.
The rise in EC over such a short time was entirely due to what the plants have told me (took a chapter from freezerboy's notebook on that one). If ppm stay the same I don't add any nutes, but when they started to suck up 50ppm per day I went up and up and up till I saw the ppm stay static then that's the right spot as long as the ph is drifting up a bit.
Right now they are sucking a lot of water and a lot of nutes and I can only see that increasing. I will have added back 5 gallons by tomorrow and I only just started adding back really. I air out the room once a day and bring the humidity down to 40 and then if I leave it the RH will climb back up to 70 within 24 hours because the plant is transpiring sooo much and using a lot of nutes. I'm going to bump it up to 2.0 ec very soon as its telling me its almost time.
Its a C99 crossed with a Mikado which is very indica like, it seems to LOVE nutes and I am treating it more like an indica PPM wise I guess.
Hydro has been super easy and fun for me so far, I have NONE of the problems in soil inside.. Outside my soil grows rock and have no deficiencies ever but inside they have been shitty due to an unknown systemic pathogen that kills roots even if they are dry or perfect (and I know how to water).
I'll get todays pics up shortly, I skipped yesterdays update because I was at a friends house getting stoned.

for some reason I read your first thread back and you have mentionned that your tap water is at 80-100. My bad, must have been that hash joint from before hehe.my tap water is about the same and I use SM-90 too but I do it because of those damn fungus gnats.
I would keep the light schedule the same but thats just my opinion besides you can flower under 14/10. I really doubt it would turn your plant into a transexual bi@tch if it only happens once.
one thing I dont understand is how can you go from an ec of 0.8 to 1.8 in just 2 weeks without any signs of nute lockout. they say you should start at around 400ppm and its safe to add 100ppm every week. Plus you seem to have a sativa pheno and sativas are supposed to be nute sensitive. Its like everything Ive been reading for the past 8 years dont make sense. even when I have a defficiency and I look it up on the net I dont see any defficiency that looks like mine. sorry for the winning but needed to get this off my chest because hydro can sometimes be such a bitch when its supposed to be so simple
