Angel Dust

Aloha fellow grow junkies-
I wouldn't be posting these pics if growdoc hadn't asked. This is my first cycle of Angel Dust, and my first grow in my new bloom room. I had very good germ. rates as every single seed sprouted. I don't do anything special when I germ seeds, usually just plant them under a half inch of dirt and keep it moist for a few days to a week, and I usually have pretty good luck. I do scuff seeds that look to me like they need it. Big seeds with tough looking shells, I like to shave the spine of the seed with a razor blade to help it open.

I found angel dust to be a weak fragile seedling for the first 2 weeks. The plants were very uniform, and all took off with vigorous growth after the first couple of weeks. The plants took to training very well and it takes very little work to get a bowl shaped plant full of big budz. I fed the plants big bud which I peaked at week 5 flower at .9 ec. The plants I had in the low priced organic soil took the feed fine, but the plants I had in the expensive organic soil, and the miracle grow, and the black gold soil, all burned their plants to some degree. I also found that the angel dust is more nute sensitive than other strains in veg. I followed up with a .7 ec feed of beastie bloomz by fox farm to help resin production at week 6. The plants are like nothing I have ever seen when it comes to budding. It looked like a sativa with the thin leaf and branching, but when the buds took off it looked like an indica, as nearly the whole plant turned into bud. The angel dust is the stinky one in my garden with a petrol diesel smell that makes my mouth water. I noticed color changes on a couple of plants, they are turning purple, and are covered with a thick layer of resin. One more thing I can say about angel dust, is it's very straight. I had hermie problems, due to light from my co2 burner. I had several herms from dif. strains but no sign of herm at all from any angel dust plants. The plants are in week 9 now, and looking ripe. It won't be long now-
The third pic from the top is a hashberry plant. Sorry for the mixup. The plants look very similar.
