would be a good way to jump-start the economy.....LEGALIZE IT......TAX IT.....

If the GOVERNMENTS OF THE WORLD CAN MAKE ALMOST AS MUCH OUT OF IT AS THEY DO FROM TAXING BOOZE AND TOBACCO.......and at the same time save BILLIONS on the costs of prosecuting and locking up people that use cannabis......were talking hundreds of billions of bucks.....made.......and many citizens saved from a life of paranoia and criminality.....

They are wrong all the time, just wait until the elected officials change over, and then they can blame it on the previous administration.

I think the problem is that they have brainwashed so many people to believe that MJ is a gateway drug, and or the roots of evil itself, it would take more than them just saying "ok, we are legalizing it".

It will take years of reeducation

The second pot is completley legal, every damn medial and tobacco company will start patenting strains, so that you cannot grow them. If they decide to even sell the strains to the customer to grow, they will more than likley sell them as feminised seeds, or cuttings and tissue cultures of a single select pheno, which results in not having much to work with when it comes to breeding. Then u say..."oh well at least i can keep a mom" NOPE!!! There are things that exp. people can do, to make a plant not be able to be propogated. I wish i had the source where i found that, but i read it somewhere. It really wouldnt surprise me if they could also make the females sterile, unable to accept male pollen. So now they have you cornered. You have no males, and even if you did, they wouldnt work on the ladies, u also are unable to propogate, so u cant keep a mom. So where does this leave you....? You now have to buy the strain or pheno from the person/company (or whoever owns the patent) every single time u wanna do a run with it! Pretty crappy imo, it takes all the fun out of it!

Who knows, possibly, but we're all getting seeds and clones and are quite happy with what we have right now, correct? who says you wouldn't still be able to buy a pack of seeds from Nirvana and grow whatever you want, however you want?

then i came on here to see if anyone else posted about it...

My folks were breeding strains before they were legal medicinaly and will continue to even if they tell us not to, so OH WELL. Females that are sterile... u might be on to somethin with that, I wouldnt mind some of them...... Then we can have a Thai party!
