EDIT: I decided to go all organic and not use foxfarm products this run. Since so many people are asking about the soil recipe here it is from page 3.

Soil:
1 cu. ft Pro-Mix BX
1 cu. ft Pro-Mix HP (this kind just has more perlite basically)
2 cu. ft MiracleGrow Organic Choice for the garden
1 cup Bonemeal
1 cup Bloodmeal
1/2 cup Dolomite Lime
10-20% perlite

It's blazeoneup's, "just add water" soil recipe except he uses Pro-Mix for containers potting soil which just has some water retention crystals in it nothing else different and Kelp Meal. This mix is supposed to need only water the whole growth and you don't even need to ph the water...

In place of the Kelp Meal I will be using Alg-A-Mic by Biobizz which is a concentrated kelp extract basically...My hydro guy recomended it to me so we will see how it works out.

Strains:

Paradise Seeds: Dutch Dragon, Swiss Bliss, and Sativa Spirit
Chimera: Schnazzleberry #2, and Sweetest Sativa
Grapevine seeds: Drizzle

No, on the Chimera strains. I got them from somewhere else and love their method of stealth shipping which means no breeder packs. Where authenticity is concerned just check my grow log in Chimera forum all were the real deal and I am extremely pleased with all 4 previous strains I have grown.

The Paradise packs did come from bay and arrived extremely quick very happy with it.

Thanks for tuning in I am really hoping for a strong smelling fruity pheno its kind of the theme this go around as every strain is supposed to have a strong fruit or berry smell. The neat thing about Schnazz is its the only solid indica in the bunch everything else is sativa

I did check out your other thread with the chimera gear...very nice by the way! From the little I've been able to find out about the Schnazz it's a very narcotic stone; which is why I wanted it for pain and sleep.

The reason I asked about the packs is because of the stories about F2's and all that other crap on the boards....But since RC went down Gypsy's never failed me and the genetics were top-notch (knocks on wood)...lol

I had some awesome genetics like Bros. Grimm C99, BOG lifesaver, MOD, and my fav was my Lifesaver x C99 cross....all destroyed by a now ex-wife

What medium are you using?

I'll be watching you for some grow tips...looks like you'll be at least a week ahead of me

Yea, the narcotic stone was what I was aiming for as I will have 4 other strains that are sativas so I wanted this to balance it out. The grow medium will be Fox Farm Ocean forest and 30% perlite.

If you put upa grow link of yours let me get it so I can watchwould be itneresting to see two at once.

It's nice we're going almost hand in hand with the Schnazz, chance to learn more. I'm doing organic soil too so it's easy to compare them.

Small update all but 2 seeds have popped the surface on all the ones pictured; they are about an inch tall. The sweetest sativa seeds have all germed and I will be planting them today. Lookin like it should be a good run and some really nice females to showcase.

Welcome again I mixed up the schnazz with the damn swiss bliss but swiss bliss is like 75% sativa so I think it will be easy to tell the difference because schnazz is solid indica....I guess we will see when they start flowering heh

The official plant count is:

Dutch Dragon: 9/10 healthy and going
Swiss Bliss: 9/10
Schnazz #2: 10/10
Sativa Spirit: 10/10
Sweetest Sativa: 3/5



41 plants hoping for 25 females heh...I was tempted to pop a couple of more seeds of something maybe drizzle heh.

Minor update today. The plants are starting their second set of leaves still sitting at 41 plants so no pictures would really be interesting yet. Just letting you guys know its all still chuggin a long and going good.

I got my second tent up today! My first one was a Dark Room 150 and the latest tent is a Sunhut 4x4. I have to say Sun Huts blow Dark room away in quality...If you get a tent get a sunhut. Its thick as hell, the zipper system is far superior, the vent holes are better, the quality of fabric is better, the support bars are way stronger and built better, the silver reflective material on the inside is better and thicker, the entrance areas are better designed and placed...I could keep going but you get the point. I would have never got a DR150 if I had seen one of these in real life just a way better quality product all around and not mention CHEAPER!!!! I plan on replacing my dr150 with another 4x4 sunhut.

^^^^Good to hear 40...I just got my schnazz beans yesterday...popped 5 of those and 5 bubblicious to go with them... All cracked within 18 hours and planted today...might do a grow thread when things pick up a little, just staring at nothing now...

Yea, lol thats how I feel. I way over did pictures on my first grow and burnt my self the hell out on photography during harvest time the most important picture time. I did not think manicuring would be so damn exhausting...So this time I am saving the photo sessions for flowering. I will have a couple of important veg stage shots but nothing big.

Good and bad news. The bad first....

Only 2 of 5 drizzle seeds germed and it took 3 days for that to happen...Really disapointed in that, but oh well GP stated the other day more will be released. Now hopefully those 2 seed will pop the surface...

The good news is I got 41 girls looking beautiful and maybe growing too quickly...heh They are ~3 inches now and 12 days until they can go into the flowering chamber and I don't want gigantic plants this time so I was planning on starting flowering @ 6-8 inches to maximize yield.

I'll pop a veg pic up in a couple days.

^^^Sucks about the drizzle bro, but maybe you'll get 2 nice ladies out of the ones that did pop....my schnazz#2 and bubblicious are all above ground and looking good so far 10/10....it's weird one of the bubblicious seedlings came up with only one big cotyledon on one side, it's growing just as well as the rest though....

I have to finish building their new home tonight....
