You guys should read some of the comments posted on there. This one just blew me away:
It wasn't just that it "made Mexicans crazy", the reasons given by former assistant alcohol prohibition commissioner, then head of the Bureau of Narcotics (presently the DEA), Harry J. Anslinger said, "There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz, and swing, result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and any others."
Here are some other quotes from the original "Drug Czar":
"...the primary reason to outlaw marijuana is its effect on the degenerate races."
"Marijuana is an addictive drug which produces in its users insanity, criminality, and death."
"Reefer makes darkies think they're as good as white men."
"Marihuana leads to pacifism and communist brainwashing"
"You smoke a joint and you're likely to kill your brother."
"Marijuana is the most violence-causing drug in the history of mankind."
These are the original reasons given as to why cannabis was made illegal. Ironic and sad that our now black president is allowing this racist and unjust law to continue.

Norml.org now has a link on the home page to change.org and is encouraging people to vote! http://norml.org GO HERE AND VOTE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
Change.gov is the official obama site for questions etc. There is a new question voting round up, little different. Go to www.change.gov and look for the citizens briefing section.

I'm going to be the first to say FUCK OBAMA. I voted for him, I do feel he is still a better candidate but he lied to us before he even took office by saying he would listen and chose to ignore the public on the number one criminal justice topic. Guess there isn't going to be any CHANGE because he's a lying piece of shit politician just like every other one who stepped up to do the job before him.
