A lot of people like a good strong smoke that knocks them on their ass after a few hits. not that I don’t like that but every now and then I want something different - weaker

Back in the day, years ago in college we used to sit around and smoke non stop for hours. The weed was light, social and smelled like incense. I’m looking for a strain like that – something to constantly pass around – something to burn all the time like an incense to fill the room. A strain that is the social lubricant. Like a keg of beer weed....

While everyone is smoking that you pull out the hard core shit.

I’ll call it a “party strain” anyone?

well if it's like that everybody's puffin' on your stash, i would want it to be a good yielder, strong enough that it won't be instatly gone, and of course taste good.

i would check out white widow, a classic, allround good strain, good yield and frosty as hell. also gives good lemontasting phenos. c99 & apollo11, though can be hard to come by. skunk #1 definately worth a try, a classic also and nice mix of head and body. so many out there. norhern lights, orange bud, durban poison...

grapefruit's my favourite on your description... but it's sold out.

Easy all u need is something like Cali-Orange its a good yeilder and has a classic taste and smell, trust me females love it. Other than that i suggest Dinafem's blue-hash, EXCELLENT taste and very eurphonic buzz, if u want something cheaper get some skunk #1 , cant go wrong with that strain all around classic.

hey justa, cheese fits the bill nicely. strong, but not overwhelming, killer smell and taste, up and giggly. and if you grow it right all you'll hear is how great it tastes/smells while it's burning...people will appear from all around and the party will truly begin. I have a Pineapple OG that fits the bill too. Trainwreck and C99 can be good, but both can also be panic inducing, so for a party J i would throw a little indica (bubba) in to balance it out.

I actually avoid bringing OG kush joints to parties these days. What used to happen is while i wasn't paying attention to the joint circle, a few girls would smoke it like it was mexi and next thing you know they would be out of commission, asleep or coming up to me and telling me that they were completely antisocially debilitated. Not a great combo. Honestly, the real problem at parties is that by the time many people will join a joint circle, they are drunk, and if it is too strong (sometimes even if it is weak) they will just get too destroyed--cuz of the alcohol. So light it right for late night without fights, i'd say. Of course, if it were an ICMag party, it would be quite different...

My recommendations:

Speed Queen by Mandala was a nice, social smoke.

Satori by Mandala is great for deep conversations. Tasty, good yield, doesn't leave you too burnt out.

C99 is an all round great smoke. Social, tasty and clear thinking. But smoke too much and it's paranoia time.

A11 is classic conversation weed. Great yield, stable, tasty.

And, as long as you don't mind the conversation spinning off occasionally, any Thai strain keeps the party going.
