hello HH and welcome to my fun thx for the kind words on a thread for next yr yes i'll start a new 1.
today i placed in water
5 Mr.Ed = lavender x evenflow a cross by Me MPH
5 blue mystic x purple bastard = name unknowen brotha Jaws hasnt named it
the seed i started last month all died because of used soil never again used only new fresh FFOF soil for my gals. i most likely lost something very special in the lavender x kodiac gold cross srry brotha Jaws. i was hopen to be puffn on some nice punabomb by july 4th that wont be on either. because they also died thank goodness i have 5 more of them srry brotha DFH
i knew better but planted in used soil anyways never again only new fresh i'll finish 09 out w/puna bomb
hopefully every1 has a safe and sane x-mass

sorry to hear about the bad luck with last batch i will keep my fingures and toes crossed for the new ones
oh and i remember starting some mr ed in spring they did well until that darn hail storm but seemed to be a great plant if i can remeber right i belive they hade a great stench to them even when they were little if bumped

all seed sunk 4/5 Mr.Ed have sprouted tarpits the BM X PB havent but sunk so later today i'll plant all seed.

i was given something today supposed to be some new tech not on the market yet from what i'm told
unsure the wattage but i think around 20 watt chits pretty cool LED with a small solar panel to charge the 3 battery pack that runs the unit. Hum Maj. scratches his hairy chin lol how can i canvert this to run on 110 volt, and if thats not possible well then i'll have like 12 or 13 of these to light up my front yard at night lol. in the next few days i'll be given a LED rope light 100 ft long that is 110 plug in he he gonna try it for mids and lowers on the flowering plants. Ya'll think this chit will even work how i acurried this is my friends brother was sent from japan supposedly the latest technology in LED lighting. it wasnt what he was wanting and they said to keep what was allready sent an try it out. his use for this lighting isnt growing but for outside lighting certin ereas of casinos my friend is gonna get me the other 11-12 and the 100ft rope in few days. would be really nice if i could convert some of the solar 1's to 110 volt plug in for my veg. looks like i'll be crackn some LED lighting with CFL's and my HID for supplemental lighting or am i just wasting my time with the LED. i've read some mixed views on it here n seen at a local hydro shop a basil plant under a 40w panel lookn pretty nasty so what ya'll think

im not sure maj what i see in the watts vs the size i think for me it would be hard to get the watts/sq ft i need most the units iv seen are 24"x24" and are 80-100w
iv had a few led flashlights and iv seen both bright and dim so i will stay optomistic but i dont think ill be using them in the next 5 years ill let them figure things out and get the units 100% ready then ill try one maybe
how big is that one? i like the solar idea

Pretty easy to convert that
Judging by its appearance I would say those are 3 1.5 v aa style batteries. So it would look like it runs off of 4.5 to 5vdc. To get that to run off Vac, and ordinary Ac to Dc adapter should work.
Most dc powered things that run in the 5 vdc range would be cell phone chargers. What you have to look at here is the amperage of said circuit. It can go anywhere from microamps to amps. so hopefully you have a spec sheet on that lights of some sort telling you how many amps. Just try and match it as close as possible.
Conversely you can add them in series until you get to 110 v. 25 of those should go together fine

hey Dr.Dog i took a pic of a label on back of solar panel i think its very kool technology. them batterys in the green wrap are along the C cell size
is the only info i know as of now on the light i have a box of power supplys for cordles phones and such, i'm sure i have some that would work. all i would have to do is match the power voltage correct ???.
this lighting if i can will be suplemental not primary lighting for veg it should hopefully compliment the CFL's i have nicely. tomarrow i should have 11 more of these units in my possesion also a 100ft flat LED light rope in same color this has a plug in for 110V. this light rope i'll run around back and sides of flower chamber for lowers and mid section of plants. again the LED rope should compliment the 400w hps and 400w mh in flower we all know 400's really dont have great penertration power for them mids an lowers.
tonight i took the little round solar led light outside in front yard and turned it on above my cactus garden. i must admit it did i great job lighting up the whole cactus garden then i walked over an turned it on under my olive tree lit the whole front side of her up. was kool lol nice soft whiteish blue light i only plan to convert 3 maybe 4 of the round lights to 110 i'll use rest in the yard front and back.

hello every1 well time to close this thread out as the yr 2008 draws to an end 08 was a fine year. allowed me to breed 3 fine males to everything in my garden and to make some F2 and F3 seed. allowed me to make 27 diff crosses of my own and go from approx 15 strains in the begining of 08 to the over 60 i have now. sweet sweet fine ass best genitics the world has to offer not just from the us but other countrys also my wonderful gifts have come from . me 2009 be a very prosporus year for all my friends world wide i'll think of a name for the next grow log.
but untill then i'll close out 08 with a few pics
a look into the flower chamber most of the 15 plants in 1 gal bags are seen 6 are elevated on 1 gal paint jugs and 2x4's. 9 are on the floor the plants are 7 days flower today
14 in the clone chamber most have roots and could be planted but i want all to be rooted when planted.
now the part where i'm stoked my babies on right 3/5 blue mystic x purple bastard thx brotha Jaws on left 4/5 Mr.Ed {lavender x evenflow} i created
tis only been 5 days sine they where planted hopefully the rest will sprout
ok again stoked i have Sir's plants here while he moves and re sets up n he just happens to have some beans i created in coco
front 3 are evenflow F2's { OG.Kush x Whitemustang}
rear 3 Kaua'i kush F3's {Abusive's OG Kush" x Maui Wowie} there is another KK F3 seedling but its recovering from a deff. 2 are 4sure female the evenflow F2's havent sexed yet brotha Jaws created evenflow and the gifted Teresa made the KK F2's. i created the evenflow F2's and KK F3's which are seen in the above pics and i'm very stoked
for those who dont know Whitemustang is chemdog x west coast dog BX3
i'll finish 08 with later this morning after i wake up lol change out the clutch in my 1964 ford F100 4x4 dang 4 speed transmission weights approx 300 pounds isnt light lmao.
