new batch of BOG seeds?

So my local NorCal med club has a selection of "BOG Seeds" 10 packs for $80. They've got Bogbubble, Bogglegum, Lifesaver and Sour Bubble.

Does anyone know the source and validity of these purported BOG seeds? Nobody at the club knew anything about them other than the name printed on the pack.

This club is usually a very good source of seeds, they carry Grindhouse, HTC and even some of Esbe's work at times. But $80 is a lot to spend on seeds with an unknown source. Does anyone know who produced these seeds, if they're F2's or if they've been backcrossed, or if they are indeed the real shit. From what I understood, BOG got out of the seed biz a few years ago. Maybe someone ended up with his genetic stock? Maybe they're worthless?

What's it take besides being a resident of Cali to get into one of those med clubs? I'm just curious.

As far as BC Bud Depot, not one single report I've read says they ever send the beans or if they do it's clearly not what you ordered- fakes or something. Otherwise, I would take the chance. But I've just read bad things.

As good as BOG's stuff is supposed to be it surprises me nobody has bought some packs and bred a bunch of f2s and marketed them. I've followed the BOG preservation thread and still not sure what it's about. I asked the question a couple times if there is any intention or re-releasing some of his strains but no answer.

harborside in oakland had a butt load of beans from a bunch of diffrent vendors and breeders along those lines like bog ,htc,grindhouse, and DJ shorts. well i know there are a few peolple who have bought a few packs of each in hopes of perserving and verifing these particular "QUESTIONALBLE SEED BANKS" , the thing is THIS WEBSITE is ran buy a seed buss. and the owners dont really like "us" on here discussing other seed vendors they are not realted to. In return for my calling out of certian unreliable persons who later admited to workiin for harborside got my kicked off this site. but im back and yes those beans are ready to be clones and sexed to verify legitamacy of ALL THOSE A-HOLES SEEDS, trust that when proof comes ount in the pudding they wont like tha taste of med patients protesting agint faulty advertisment in place to promote sale

PAGreen, you admit to being an employee at Harborside...so with me knowing for a FACT that Bog is no longer producing seeds himself (since early 2006), you are grossly misleading folks. There are NO authentic (produced by Bog) seeds being retailed. Why? Because he doesn't produce them anymore, and has not produced them for over 2 years! You best get your facts straight and stop trying to spam biz for your employer (if in fact you really do work there) by giving folks misinformation. A mutual friend (trusted explicitely!) recently spoke to Bog directly, in person, about this rumor of authentic Bog beans being retailed out there and there is no fact in it. Whoever is selling Bog seeds are selling knockoffs that in most cases do not grow to description....plain and simple.

Anyone who pays above breeder set retail prices for Sag f2's deserve what they get. Authentic Sag seeds are available, in breeder packs, and never higher than the retail price set by Sagarmatha Tony on SeedBoutique or Seedbay. As a matter of fact...there are no seeds on either site (SeedBoutique or Seedbay) higher than the breeder set retail price, and on Seedbay, many are a bit 'below' set retail pricing.

You want authentic seeds, in breeder packs, then order from one of the sites which sponsor ICMag, www.seedbay.com or www.seedboutique.com

Hi Guys

I just dropped in to give out a little information.

BOG Seeds have been distributed in Toronto and the San Francisco area as well as Sacramento. There may be an outlet in L.A. soon as well

Recent decisions to ban the clubs from selling clones in the San Francisco area have increased the local demand for the clubs to sell medical marijuana seeds. Some places have BOG Seeds right next to the DJ Short Seeds and often at the same price. Sometimes lower!!!

There are some fine establishments in Oakland and Berkley that those in search of the real BOG Seeds might want to check. Not to mention any names and ruffle any feathers you understand.

I just want you to know that those carrying my seeds actually got them from me or someone I authorized. Cant say thats always true however so Beware of Imitators. Only I can authorize anyone to sell my shit ya see.

Good to see so many working with my genetics. Always hoped my work would catch on. Right now I am working on the "Sour Saver" but Lifestar has been on hold.

Mrs. BOG and I are well and we wish you all well. We continue to do what we know best and that's growing good herb just like many of you. We mind our own business but business makes it necessary to let others know that some good people claiming to have my seeds actually do.

BOG Seeds is no longer the same as it once was. Now we are legal here. BOG

Well, Bog always had an exclusive arrangement with Gypsy, bearing in mind that Gypsy was the only person to offer Bog an opportunity to retail the seeds he had created...created from seeds provided by Gypsy in the first place. Gypsy received ALL of Bog's stock...even when Gypsy didn't need it, just to keep Bog happy and content financially. Many times Bog contacted me asking to send more stock...Gypsy and I would check inventory and there would be more than adequate stock levels...but because Bog was also a 'friend' as well as a seed supplier, Gypsy felt compelled to agree to take yet more and more stock...until we reached such a great amount that it just wasn't feasible to keep taking more until inventory dictated it's necessity.

We'll fast forward a bit to Bog's book.................initially Bog asked Gypsy (of which I was present for) to foot the bill for the publishing as well as take the books at wholesale to sell for him. As a gesture of goodwill Gypsy agreed to take on a small quantity of the books. This was done as a gesture of goodwill only as the profit margin when taking into consideration shipping/handling costs was less than $5 per book. With the quantities we were talking about this would have ended with SB making a deficit overall, Bog however stood to make a tidy profit, hardly a viable business option. This was not possible to do for several reasons and was explained to Bog. He was told that it would not be the best business decision to ship (at great expense) all those books to the UK only to have them shipped back across the pond to customers, so it was suggested he find an outlet in N America for that purpose, but he could send a few to SB and we'd make them available.

It was at this point that Bog decided to throw his toys from the pram...basically because Gypsy declined to invest in his book as well as market it, other than taking a few of them for SB.

This entity that calls himself planb/vegas....now that's a character I've never met, but Gypsy has. According to Gypsy he's just a small built guy who likes to flaunt automatic weapons to impress guests and lay loads of cash on the table in that same attempt to further impress....none of which ever impressed Gypsy. Vegas wanted to 'purchase' Bog seeds from SB, and did, quite alot of them, saying he was going to make more seeds, and was advised that he best okay that with Bog....which apparently he did in some sort of arrangement which switched from making them to selling them.

Bog wanted more and more and more money...but his seeds were not selling as fast as they once did, so obviously Bog needed to find another outlet that could help him realize his $100,000/month income goal. However, he still had an exclusive arrangement with his 'friend' Gypsy....so it became a simple matter of loading up another vendor with his stock by breaking his exclusive agreement, and discrediting/helping to discredit the original stock held at SB. Someone dangled a carrot in front of Bog's face and he bit....sad but true.

Bog was ALWAYS aware of how much stock was held at SB...any statements to the contrary were for no other purpose, whether stated by him or others, but to discredit one vendor so the other could benefit.

All the time this is going on SB is sitting on loads of stock...even recently received (at that time) stock. I recall a post being made on CW by Bog that flat out floored me when he posted just the opposite, stating he had not shipped stock to SB since earlier in the year....that was an outright lie.

It was extremely hurtful to both Gypsy and myself that someone we considered our 'friend' would say such things, and even condone such statements made by others through his silence in not speaking up to set the record straight. Bog basically left us all flapping in the wind...being called all sorts of names, accusations flying about of his original stock being f2's, never stepping up to the plate to post otherwise, something that a real 'friend' does not do to the other. This saddened me greatly, to the point that I've not mentioned any of this prior to now. Eventually the truth would surface, as it always does, and has now.

Bog is the victim of greed...and of someone who promised him great fortune, but in the end what does he have...he doesn't have the friendship we shared which money can't buy.

Bog.....I call you out on these things....I've been silent long enough....I defy you to come and speak to the contrary. To help you do this I am closing this thread to ensure it is not trolled and I offer you a sounding board within this forum with which to speak your piece...cause that one post you dropped in here, a year after the fact, just don't cut it.

Your statement of 'I tried to make you understand but many still dont.'......WTF....when did you EVER try to make anyone understand anything other than with a bunch of lies and subterfuge. When statements were made ALL OVER the internet, you sat back and said nothing...yet you were still posting, so being away from the internet won't cut it as an excuse. Your apathy speaks volumes. And even more than the business or friendship aspects to this scenario....how can anyone who claims to be a bodhisattva of the earth, a practitioner of Buddhism do these things to their friends?

Just a bit more from the memory banks.........since I'm laying it all out.....might as well give you the whole enchalada...

Bog 'demanded' that ICM Admin comply with a few things, and when we didn't, that was the last straw, and he turned the heat up in his posts on other sites. Now what exactly did he demand???

1. That we rearrange the listings in the Vendor Forums so that his forum was located 'above' Reservoir Seeds.

2. That he be given site-wide super moderator permissions. (Even though he was well aware that no vendor mod could be a site-mod for obvious conflict of interest reasons).

3. That Admin edit and censor Rez's post when he mentioned Bog's 'breeding methods' (for us to control Rez...lol). Bog would praise Rez to his face but secretly he loathed him and wanted to be able to edit/censor his posts by being a Super-Mod.....why?......well because Rez was questioning Bog's breeding practices.

4. That Gypsy give him 10 grand up front if he wanted to continue to be a Bog seeds distributor.

These things were all denied him...and as a result we have suffered though the consequences of our decision. In hindsight, even if we had known then what we know now, the decision would have been the same.


I'll close this additional post the same as my last one......
