mid grade getting better and better?

I used to get some pretty firey mid grade off this guy

It was solid bud, golden hairs, nice smell, and it was the only "mid" i'd smoke through a pipe. Normally i'm nitpicky and say BLUNTS ONLY. $2.50 a gram!

I wish people could put more energy into their buds and such...but keep everything at mid prices <333

i grew some seeds out of stuff just like that. you will be amazed at what can come from badly handled and stored herbs. drug cartels have no care for the quality of the herb as far the dry and cure process.the shit i grew out ended up coming out light green with lemon smell. sat hybrid im guessing. most all commercial grows use some sort of hybrid because the are faster finishers.peace

A friend did.I keep all of my most of my seeds.You just never now what might grow.Its been a while sinse i got that herb,but yes this area mostly gets old mexi herbs.It will pick up soon as it alway does this time of year.Anyway funny u said that her she is.He grew 25 or so of those seeds to get her.Nice uphigh,kinda racy,but i like her alot.

Mids all my area has.I hate it.I have noy got stoned since a sparked something I grew.I been delling with mids agian,Maybe its all on where u live but the mids here suck.And high dollar.

The guy i've been snaggin mids from for a while has been gettin better and better cuts of bricks from what I see on my end, at least for the most part.

Most of the time now i'm gettin nice bags with 2-3g budlets that are lime green with little bit of orange hairs and pretty frosty..........more visibly frosty than the standard beasters.

The mids are a more consistent stone than the beasters. By that, I mean, I smoke the beaster 2 or 3 times and my tolerance is sky high for about 1-2 months after that with beasters. I can smoke 'good' mids everyday and still get a predictably similar stone/high as the day before, with larger amounts just getting me a little higher for the same amount of time roughly and just stoning me out more on the comedown.

I'm barely getting any seeds anymore in the better mids. an O might ave 5 seeds lately, compared to an O of brown frown having 50+ seeds within the 'buds' themselves and a few more loose ones in the bag.

I did get some 'brown frown' shwaggy shit a little bit ago in place of my normal mids. wasn't too happy too say the least, but i barely got a buzz and they tasted like shit.

well in these parts of the east coast at this time of the year, your either gonna get some brick with the corner still intact, that is pure dirt. or you can get some mids, that is simply the previous brick fluffed up with a steam iron and put in jars to cure again with orange peels to simply charge more. but the prices are drasticly different, the brick in solid form is around 150 oz and what they are calling mids is 200-250 oz.

I am in florida and usually around this time of year we get christmas bud....i am getting bud for $25 for about 4 grams that is covered in crystals and hairs, with a nice citrus skunk kinda of smell...but it does seem like around here there are more and more homegrowers selling great stuff for mid prices, havent gotten brick weed in a long time or seen it either....

the mexican cartels were really feeling the pinch from the canadians starting to dominate market sectors in certain parts of the USA, necessitating them to up there game, and thus a raise in the quality of there finished product. now they just need to stop bricking it..

haven't seen real christmas tree since I was a kid. I agree though that the overall quality of 3rd world import has gone up a lot. I've noticed that kind bud has gotten of a better quality too. It's not uncommon now even in New Orleans (not known for bud by any means) for naive smokers to have decent quality bud. Quality bud was practically a mark of stoner social status for the last several years. As little as five years before that it would invariably be beasters of the lowest sort. Within the decade prior to that indoor bud at all was virtually unheard of by most people here. It's certainly gone up in quality since I was a kid in the mid 90's rather steadily. It's been fun to watch the progression.

I wasn't there for it but the old timers I know that have smoked what came through for many years say THE WORST years for pot was the American Gladiator days. Or the Saved By the Bell years. late 80's to early 90's. It's generally agreed that it's gone up steadily since then. The imports were having a lot of trouble from various things and the indoor hadn't taken off yet. I really think it's why things got better. People started taking things into their own hands, or recognized the money to be made from the void.
