clicking on the nutrient profile link, i noticed That in Mel frank's preflowering he is calling for only 70-100 ppms of nitrogen. That seems low, as i thought it was good to give them a nice hard hit for the stretching that is about to happen? Well i trust him more than me!
The H3ad's modified Lucas formula has 97ppm nitrogen. I can't argue with it's results. Lucas talks about good yields in a recirculating system using Flora Nova veg in veg then using Flora Nova bloom through the bloom cycle without a reservoir change. This seems to imply that they may actually like a little more N at the beginning of flowering. The H3ad's formula seems to work better than anyhting that I've tried previously, though.

I have been using Canna Coco for close to a year now. Its so easy. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FLUSH BEFORE CHANGING THE PHOTOPERIOD USING COCO A/B.
With CANNA COCO there is no veg & bloom ferts - use A/B thruought the grow, together. Its a 2-part 1 part if that makes sense. I use it at 50% of the label and have been getting crip results. And I am recirculating with it, too!

I use the Coco A/B, Rhizotonic, Cannazym PK13/14, Boost Accellerator, + Botanicare Cal/Mag & Sweet. I use the PK13/14 in weeks 3 (1ml per G) and week 6 (3ml per G).

I am using canna coco A&B right now but I have been reading a lot about H3ad's modified Lucas formula and how he cuts Nitrogen in mid flower by removing flora micro. Is there any way to do this with canna A&B?? Is there any need to do this with canna nutes??

IMO/IME there is no need to cut back on the A or B with Canna. I have not had any problems doing what Canna suggests (keeping the dosages for the A & B parts equal). I have been using their nutrients for a year straight, in a perpetual situation. I have gone thru 3 or 4 5Ls of the A & B (and the Cannazym, and a 5L of Rhizotonic...). As long as you watch your PPMs and keep the PH in check Canna Coco is pretty bonehead proof.
I don't know shit about N-P-K uptake. With zero knowledge and some time on my hands Canna helps me do this regularly.
