Organic Outdoor Summer grow

Hello everyone, I have started about 5 plants outdoors to go through the summer equinox and so far they are around one month into growth. They are 100% Organic outdoor, are growing well and should produce some very nice plants by the time they start flowering.

Enjoy folks. I will update as things change.

Hey there! I think you mean the summer solstice? The winter solstice is the shortest day of the year, the summer solstice is the longest day of the year, an the spring and autumn equinoxes mark the halfway point between the winter and summer solstices.

So are you saying you are putting plants out to harvest near the spring equinox, or are you saying you are putting plants out to grow through the summer solstice for a autumn finish, or what?

BackCountry, or perhaps what he could mean is that he is in the southern hemisphere where it is the middle of summer now? :chin:

Yeah, its hard to tell what he is talking about, I'm sure he will clear up the confusion soon.

Oh, and by the way, its not the middle of summer in the southern hemisphere right now, its actually late Spring right now, Summer won't start for two weeks.
Summer starts on December 21st in the southern hemisphere, this will be their summer solstice, on the same day the north will experience the winter solstice(the shortest day of the year and the start of winter).

Sorry for all the confusion... I will try to clear up what I am growing now plus some new photos, and the other ones re-sized.

Ok well the strain growing is a mix between thai sativa and and the strain early misty (indica). The plants were started from seed and are all confirmed females. They will be vegging through the whole summer period (since we are in the southern hemisphere) and they should be ready in when the days shorten going into autumn. So sorry about the pictures and the confusion this is my first multiple grow and I thank you for your support.

I will repost those pictures I posted before that were too large to show. Any advice throughout the grow would be nice.

Hey everyone, yesterday and today we are having Gail force winds! the plants are getting whipped around alot but are established enough to stay standing. In the sunlight this morning I had to take a few pictures to show how they are coming along.

So enjoy folks.

nice southern garden teruso! much k+, keep it green indeed :joint:

BackCountry, true that... so solstices indicate the start of either summer or winter... i always thought they were just the longest days of either summer or winter.

peace :)
