Weekend Update



Front left is WyD 1, right is Sweet Tooth. rear is WyD 2, mutant AK48 in the cup, and the FU clone to the right of the cup.

WyD 1 has roots sticking out of the net pot so I have went to DWC on her. I also started some LST on her as well. WyD 2 seems to have stopped growing a main growth shoot and is starting off a side branch where it stopped. I didn't top/fim this plant at all so I can't explain it. I'll try to get a closer shot of it in a day or so.

Been a long while since the last update. I've been really busy and dealing with unfortunate problems that has forced a major change in my grow. But first the pictures.

Sweet Tooth

First the AK48. I have been pleasantly suprised by this one's growth and have finally transplanted it. Not very fast growth but steady and getting healthier with each node.

WyD 1 and Sweet Tooth have been moved from their DWC buckets to 2gal grow bags with plain old Miracle Grow soil that I flushed first and perilite. After some ph troubles and then some algae issues that were rotting out a section of the roots on WyD 1 I decided that for now I am done with hydro. WyD 2, while growing a little slower, is perfectly healthy and has been much easier to maintain. These 2 seem to have adapted to their new mediums and are already showing new growth.

Speaking of WyD 2, she is becoming a stinky little thing already. If you smell right above the growth node you get a very strong smell of skunky dank. Its the only plant in the garden so far with such a significant odor.

Well that's just about it for now, hopefully the next update will be a bit more positive and timely.
