Brain Gum, Sweet Belladonna & Sweet Jockline [Chrome Seeds]

Hi and greetings to all at ICMag.
As a new user on this board, I thought it would be more then appropriate to show the Strains that I’ve been growing for the past months.
And as most users/growers, of course I also like growing commercial bought Strains.
But I had the possibility to try some seeds, imho, from a very talented and ambitious Breeder living in Germany.
At this point, I would like to thank you Chrome and hope you keep up the superb work.

The Strains I tested are:

Brain Gum (KC36 x Bubblelicious)
Sweet Belladonna (Belladonna x ST3)
Sweet Jockline (Jock Horror (Jockline) x ST3)

Light-Specifications:
3x 18W Fluorescent lights
1x 400W HPI-T
2x 400W SON-T Plus

Let’s start with the germination…




Here you see the plants about 1 week later, growing healthy under 3x 18W Fluorescent lights.






2 Weeks later under a 400W HPI-T
(there’re also some other strains in the box, but they have nothing to do with this report)




Gave them bigger pots, before 12/12




Here’s the end of vegetation process …mostly the boring part.
Tomorrow I’ll show the complete flowering stage and I’ll go deeper into the material.

Gonna grab a seat as I recently crossed a few strains one being Bella Donna x Blue God. I have one seed in veg right now that I'm going to make a mum, and it has very tight internodes, indica pheno, and is growing with allot of vigor. Can't wait to see how she does.

Sooo…
Let’s continue with the interesting part.
As you can see on the pictures below, I put the plants under 2x 400W SON-T Plus HPS lamps to determine the sex and stimulate/start the flowering process.


Between 6-10 days of flowering, the plants started maturing and the growth was already starting to get pretty remarkable. The males were taken out of the room and the females shared 1x 400W HPS throughout the rest of the time.

At this time there was a very sweet, almost candy-like, but still somehow a chemical aroma circulating throw the grow box.
Hhhmmm….
Like the smell of artificial candy your kids get on Halloween that penetrates your nostrils for about a week.







After about 20 days, they really started kicking it and showing their boobs.
Just look at the structure of those plants, aren’t they beautiful?
At this time, I was expecting a descent leaf/bud ratio …and it was more then descent.







Around 30 days of flowering, the Brain Gum started producing a whole sheet/blanket of resin all over her body.
The smell was just great… a little like a commercial lemon/orange dishwashing soap I use at home.




As for the Sweet Belladonna, she was just showing off under “the sun” very majestically.
Like as if she was preparing to gain the most on weight and mass.
Her smell was also very pleasant, she had a very pungent sweet stench which I loved.



Sweet Jockline, of course wasn’t that far as the other 2 strains… due to the higher set of sativa-genes.
But she was also looking very fine and healthy.




Around 40th day, I started flushing the rest of the fertilizer out of the pots.
I didn’t aid the plants with fertilization in this grow, because the soil in the pots had enough actually…


The first plants I chopped down… the “Brain Gum”
The Brain Gums were done between 50-57 days of flowering.
(I still got that smell in my nose…lol)

The buds were extremely compact and hard as a rock.
The Brain Gums, to my surprise, turned out to be very easy to handle during the complete grow, one of the easiest plants I ever raised.
After 2 weeks of curing, I was impressed by the soft smoke and that great smell almost like those chemical “Orange Crush Sweet Tarts” candies you can buy.
I found it personally, a great party-weed that gives you a humble and talkative social-stoned buzz…

After 63 days of flowering… my lovely Sweet Belladonna was ready to be chopped.
She had a big mean ass main bud compared to the other plants under the 400W HPS.
Her smell was so gifted;
She had such a sweet softened smell …like cotton candy on a warm dew moist morning, melting on a sunny spring day.
Just excellent! I really feel in love with that plant.

The structure was semi-hard but extremely covered with resin!
The buzz she provided, was more of a well balanced compromised feeling between high & stoned.
A little dosage is very inspiring, but after 2 bowls it knocks you on the couch and your stomach starts begging for food… lol

The Sweet Jockline I took out of the box after 79 days of flowering.
Her buds had a lot of resin too, and the structure was fluffy but somewhat still stiff.
She was also very impressive.
I could have given her another 20 days, but her fruit, which I noticed afterwards, was already strong as hell.
Knocked me out my boots, and pulled me up so high… that I though my brain detached from my skull and catapulted upwards to outer space.
Everything got fuzzy and almost hallucinogenic! Just crazy…
It took me awhile, approximately 3 hours, to finally grasp my brain and put/pull myself back together.
Damn, one the strongest up-highs I ever had… it made me sore like a free bird… just wonderful.









Soooo… that’s about it.
