The pruning was fine, but havent seen the real
results quite yet.

And....yeah i know.
They are somehow pretty tall

But i figured it did not matter too much since
I was only really trying out the flowering area.
Had alot of issues with it too... outside when we had
like -13 degrees celcius the growroom was down in
9 degrees, so I bet the temperatures has halted the growth pretty darn good.

But now I soon have motherplants for the new bed. I really dont want to wait, but i feel that I need to give the ladies a chance to budd'en up alittle before harvest. The AH#3 would be a nice sativa to SOG on. Mine stopped stretching almost 2 weeks into flowering, I wonder how they would look in a SOG like yours (ours soon )

She was put into 12/12 at 15" and has not stoped. I belive there must be Sativa in her genes. She looks totaly Indica but is growing like a Sativa.

I can see all the light green top's from the new growth, she looks healthy for sure!
I would say that the floro ring is not helping with your stretch.
If you bought a door at home depot the dorr knob is around 42-43" from the floor, Pretty much the industry standard. Unless of course your big and green!
I think your closer to 4ft myself, wich is not uncommon to see if your running less than optimal lighting.
I am assuming this from your pic and sorry if i affend you in any way!! You can see where the inner nodes are tight and as she has been growing the nodes are stretching considerably.
Anyway.... Good job!

ya most of you guys are jack asses lol. If the data don't fit bash the poster. This was just an guesstimate standing next to her. I will measure her for ya she is at 52" so I was off. Weather she is at 5ft or 4.5ft She was put into flower at 15". She has stretched to 52" and that to me is remarkable I have never had a girl do this kind of stretch and growth and I have been growing for some time now

Floro ring I have no idea what your talking about. She is under 2 600w hps. I veg under 200w of T5 until 12-24" depending on the strain

Lotta new growth on that plant as Jro said earlier......I think I see some crowns with hairs in a few of those tops but the pics not too clear........

You can stop the growth dead in it`s tracks by stripping off all the fan leaves down to the ones coming outta budsites..........leave those alone and do this again in couple -3 weeks.......

Bro of mine at another site did it with a Chem D and ECSD that were outta control and they yielded more than any of the other plants in the room in side by side comparisons........Lot bigger colas than the untrimmed plants......

Hammer.......That looks like a carbon copy of one of my Bro`s hybrids from Hawaii........They look like indica`s with big ass wide leaves but they don`t stop growin and take forever ta finish like Sativa`s.......

Let us know how long it takes ta finish that bad bitch.......I`d loveta have that one if she finished in 8-9 weeks........One helluva candidate for a krusty bucket grow........

Bet I could get a couple lbs off her fer sure......

Sorry bro, In the bottom right hand corner of the pic it looks to be a round floro tube.
I "assumed" thats what you were using....
Like DHF sais, With 2 600"... she's gonna be a monster!
Some bushmaster will also stop the stretch immediately if needed!

I'm pretty sure she has stopped finally. I did do LSTon the mail Cola so now they are all at the same level. I do Appreciate all the kind words. There are Pistels forming and the tops now so I don't think she will stretch much more. I do believe the buds on her are going to be giant. I have 1 girl that's has major big buds. The mail Cola on the girl is enormous. I'm not use to the big buds. Normally I get mid sized buds and High yields. I had 4 BOG LSD that I harvested in 5g Square pots and got 2.5 oz per plant so got 10 oz of LSD. I just harvested an unknown strain. In a 3g round but she yielded very well. I'm thinking 2.5-3.5oz from her. very sticky. The smell reminds me of my younger years. Is Very bad at documenting times and dates. I veg until I like the size and put into flower. I don't write anything down my bad. I just got so much to do it's kinda not a priority for me. I have 2 AK47, 4 DA PURPS. 1 Heavy Duty Fruity, skywalker. These have all poped. I have NL and Sweet Cindy in germ now.

My biogens did not strech at all 2 girls both are 2-3 feet. I will be growing these again. Very nice to grow they dont like lots of nutes and they stay short. These where Fem seeds. I had 3 but I killed 1 not knowing about the very light feedings.

Here's 1 of 2 Jane Does in #7 smart pots this time, the #10's were a bit overkill for the time they're in there. < 60 days. This is most of the 12 tip plant, the 16+ tip wont fit in the cam lens. Its a SOG unto itself!



I have 4 Jane Does almost ready for another, 1 of the 4 is slightly smaller. Looks like shes goin streakin buck nekkid for the last 30 days, 'ala jrosek!
My strip tests are 20+yrs old, time for some fresh data.
It looks like bout a 20% strip in important areas (last 30days) is the answer for this strain & grow method. I want to see the other extreme end of the spectrum for myself though. May have to adjust that %

There are some (non-pot size related) results there that are worthy of another thread too I think?
I ran these at my normal 24 hr veg, the last was 18/6 because of summer heat midday & no AC yet. 1st 18/6 in 20+yrs.
These flipped in 7 days of 12/12, 18/6 took 15+ & they're waaaay ahead of the 18/6's in all areas.

Either way, my canopy will be a lollipop SOG. Can't tell from above if its big plants or a giant bed. Shaved a good 12" in height this 2nd run too with better yields, probably shave a couple more next.
Try a nekkid one 3rd run, dial in my drip to waste & the 4th is gonna be grokked!
5 is looking possible, with my eye on 5.5 in 100 days.
