They have raided the grower, but no arrests have been made and the cops left the plants. OK kid- let's get a little better report next time! Use periods, calm down and have only a couple puffs before writing. How about some names? The counselmen, the city manager and the victim's names would be nice! The politician's email addys would be fantastic! And those crucial little details can be as important as grammar when you are trying to send a message! If you want action, we need more info!

That unsigned warrant may be the key! He NEEDS to see a lawyer NOW! Put the original unsigned warrant in a safe place (NOT on his property!) and make some copies to show folks! You need to take my translation, make any corrections, add the vital details and repost it here and on other sites- cannabis.com, GrassCity, etc! THEN you will get the action you want!

OK, anyone else know about this? Any newspaper clippings about the raid? I know we got guys who live around Colusa county! Let's not ignore this because an excited kid needs to brush up on his writing skills! The fact that he posted about it is a good thing! We cannot let things like this "go by"!

Willows is a large hispanic population from all the Almonds orchards and what not so it might not be his age, it might be that english isn't his first language which will make this even harder for him to get help with.

But yes, as soon as you get back to us with the info that Storm requested then we can go about helping. I have lots and lots of family up there still, I can for sure can send out some emails to help but as Storm said, need a bit more info then this.

The first thing to realize is that Prop 215 is part of the California constitution and local politicians can be sued for violation of someones constitutional rights. I would suspect that there is a whole lot more to this story than what we have been told. If a judge did not sign the warrant, it is totally invalid. To get the warrant, the cops have to list the probable cause for getting the warrant. I doubt that they would even try unless the person was growing a significant amount that leads them to believe that the grow is commercial instead of medical. The cops and politicians are bastards, but they are not quite as stupid as we would like to think.

Some newspaper clippings have been in the valley mirror .Thery was a big new story on ch 12 in chico that jim hurley from James Hurley trucking &Biofuel development Had stop a code informet told him to get a to get awarrant .SO oifficer J.Meek (yes the one that was in red bluff) did a report that 4 people heard him threaten the code cop and arrested him for 3 days and let him go all 4 told the valley mirror It never happen .But oifficer J.Meek is know for this mostley to hispanics that why he and his wife had to leve red bluff

i live not to far north and it's the only way they can get $ out of us med grower's..... the other tactic they use is kid's make sure it's locked up ALL OF IT i have seen a 3yr go to cps over a pipe with in her reach....

so what if they know he/she grow's keep it in legal plant #'s of what your doctor tell's u dont brake the law ie: driving when high they left the plants cuz it's legal..... they where hoping the person was over on plants or had a few pounds... even if you move they know where your at..... stand proud n jump there loop's if you push them they push back i'd wright off the unsigned warrant.... 1 phone call they can have dea show up

that's small potatoes. The judge should see it your friends way. This is absolutely wrong. They will be found in fault if thats all he had. Code violations. As them what. and what he can do to fix them. THats what i would do. And ask them where they got these codes from, and could you have a copy of the codes or know where you can find one.
