The Viking was bred for outdoor growing in the Netherlands, and Highland Nepalese are quick-flowering as well, so she finishes up for me usually 3rd wk/last wk in Sept. Quite perfect! :D

Three kullu phenotypes. Heavy stretching on two plants, and one is more squat. Could be because of root binding.

got beans of four different Nepalese types

three strains from Midwestern Nepal: a short charas strain, a large charas strain, a farmhouse seed, fibre and charas strain; and a jungli sativa from the Ganesh Himal

at least two of them should be awesome smoking strains: the jungli and the short plant used exclusively for charas production

all four ought to be of interest to breeders - the farmhouse strain had an incredible citrus smell

Nice thread levant. Does anyone know anything about 'Green Nepalm'? From what ive read it is great for making hash and has superior
uplifting properties that have been praised by people fighting depression and chronic conditions. Also it is said to have an amazing taste. Cheers.

Hi freedomman,
I found this on the green napalm:
http://the3lb.com/2007/08/02/green-nepalm/

It sounds very nice, but bear in mind it is crossed with another strain called Mighty Candy and bred under lights.
It may be of interested to some but not to a purist seeking the most authentic taste of the east :)

Have a gander at the realseeds line up, speaking of which I have been informed that the Pahari farm is also fairly early for outdoor growers.

On a side note, a rant:
I am urging people to grow the landrace cannabis more than ever, I feel their preservation is so very important.
African seed co. closed shop quite a few years ago, yet thankfully the landraces they offered are still in circulation now as people have grown them and produced seeds, people who would not have had a chance to grow the strains otherwise as they would never visit the country or know anyone that would.

Get landraces, ideally, go to that certain country to collect seeds yourself!!
Reproduce them, spread them, and hold on to plenty for yourself> Because one day their may be a new "war" against cannabis that will involve companies like monsato genetically engineering and patenting strains, wiping traditional strains out.
Sounds like a nightmare but does not mean it could not happen.
