I recently ordered some Ice from Gypsy because a rasta friend who typically likes Haze and Haze hybrids like the S.A.G.E. ( i also enjoy these types) told me about the Ice 2-3 years ago. Familiar with it's mainly indica background (Afghani a Special Skunk and a NL and Shiva) i was no hurry to work with this strain. However my friend keeps bringing it up and he has access to pre 2000 Kali some killer C99 awesome S.A.G.E. NYCDiesel and many many other killer strains. I value his opinion and I ordered 4 packs (2 are for him) because of this. Out of the strains you listed IMO go with the Ice.:abduct:

I've only grown 2 of those strains, but the Nirvana PPP is pretty good. The Shiva Skunk is topnotch, the one I grew reminded me of C99.

I wouldn't go with the schnazzelberry again. I worked it a year to 18 months ago. Mold hit them when others didn't get it and the 1 that made it didn't have any taste or kick (sorry no pics of my burn pile Chimera HeHeHe). If you have to have something from Chimmy get the Frostbite. The 3 Nirvanas are winners IMHO. All are welcome in my garden again. I have heard good things about Apollo from Spice Brothers but have not personally worked it. Last time I checked HS's site they were out of the Apollo and I think they have the exclusive on Spice Bros. Purple #1 I have not done myself either but I have sampled some and it was good. It's one of their best sellers. The masses can't be completely wrong.

I grew the power plant from DP years ago it was very strong coated with crystals and the calyxs on alot of plants turned a deep crimson color (like Somas Rockbud leaves). They were also very hearty as they survived a mid-flower move with no hermies. (they were actually moved on two occasions due to well you know)Those plants had serious bag appeal and were very potent. I also grew the Shiva Skunk in the mid 90's and found it VERY easy to grow with an amazing fruity taste and a playful head high and a nice body buzz too. If you like the idea of the purple perhaps DP's Shaman is a good way to go. It has an amazing taste with a STRONG smell and an awesomely balanced sativa indica high that lasted forever. I grew this when it was called Purple Skunk (before i had any carbon filters) and it stunk up a full square block. Serious bag appeal also and very easy to grow as well. Hope that helps.

I'd pick the Shiva Skunk, i never realised until today it's NL#5xSkunk#1,
has anyone grown both NL#5xSkunk#1 from the old seedbank and this Shiva Skunk?, if so how were they in comparison, is it still the same today as it was back then?

peace:joint:
