blunts are cool if youre with a group of people though, but if its just me then no way. wastes just way too much weed (spliffs too).

but blunts and spliffs dont really do it for me. i can smoke a whole gram ina blunt and fel baked but not ripped, but in a bong, ill use like a third of that and dont even want anymore. to each his own though, as long as you enjoy what youre doing

Last few years I have been packing a Dr. Grabow "Riviera" sherlock. (This is an old mans tobacco pipe for you youngins.)

I shallow screen, and use nothing but a standard sized Zippo lighter. The Zippo is just right to cover the hole up, while being held in one hand inconspicuously.
I corner my bowls ever so gently, pull to satisfaction, and cover immediately with the lighter. Nearly no passive smoke except for exhale.
I am a stealth smoker. I cannot afford to have herb smell on me at any time.
And if anyone sees an old guy smoking a tobacco pipe, they think nothing of it.
I have perfected this art. LOL...I'm the old guy most of you yongins hide your doobies from if you'd see me happen by.

I have been smoking pot since 1972, and I cannot for the life of me figure out the blunt thing. Pals of mine in Eur. do the hash/tobacco thing...and that too amazes me.

I like to taste my weed and nothing else, besides maybe a JoB 1.0, or preferably a Club single, if I am sharing my smoke.

thx 4 responses guys. keep em comin. always interested on seeing how my fellow potheads get high. not many bat users??? like i said i am a blunt man. 1 dutch a day with about a g in it. sometimes joints but they dont do it for me. nothin like a dutch filled with silly buds for me,. BUT like i said, i'm starting to think i should switch it up for health reasons, i feel fine but i bet blunts are most unhealthy smoke. would like to get hooked on a bat or bong. save weed too.

Dubb bubbs and bongs are the best, IMO. Wether your smoking Dirt or your good ass homegrown. Blunts are fun for parties and drinking alot of beer. Joints/cones are fun for when Im in Amsterdam. I dont like smoking thru dry glass tho smoke is too hott.

Carbon filtered bong hits are my current preference.

Still get a nice, flavorful chalked up rip, but with far less tar.

I find it to be a perfect middle ground between regular bong hits and vaporizer rips, as smoking on a vaporizer never gives me a proper high.

yeah a vape would be nice to have but i know how i am, i wouldnt get into the whole contraption thing. not like i could just whip out the vaporizer and start vapin in living room with kids and wife. wife dont burn at all. she calls me the lord of the underground and says she will build me an underground pot bunker. lol.

SO IS A BONG NEXT HEALTHIEST WAY TO BURN AFTER A VAPE...? i think i'm gonna try getting into bats, and get a bong for my late night garage visits

i use dutchmasters, roll it and wrap with outside. i wonder if i'm addicted to smokin dutches because maybe i'm addicted to the nictine or whatever is in the dutch leaves...????all along i just thought it was an oral fixation thing, like people have with cigs.

2nd to that, a clean glass pipe or joint is fine. Bong is great at home, Pipe is great to take with out on the road or out camping.

The only reason I don't like joints is that they continue to burn after taking a hit. I like to control small pipes and one hitters have. No waste.

Blunts are gross. They completely and utterly destroy the taste of good weed, and there not much improvement when you are smoking crap in a vanilla wrapper.

Vape my weed, bong my hash.
I prefer the vape for weed, becuase the first hit always tastes amazing, and there's never a harsh hit. Although, I do take bong hits of weed from time to time, especially if I don't have much time (much faster to bong, then vape).

On the go...it depends..joint, mini-bub, or pipe.

Never a blunt though. I feel blunt's are disgusting. I'm not going to destroy the taste of my herb with some crap tabacco leaf.

Once you get used to the carbon filter, you can really taste the tar it removes when you smoke without it. I don't notice any loss in potency that the bong water wouldn't have done anyways, just much cleaner smoke that gets me ripped and somehow still feels like a regular bong hit despite a great deal of the nasty stuff never making it past the carbon.

bongjangles, i have the same roor carbon filter on my bong (well mine is 14.5, maybe urs is 18.8) and i must say that its very easy to see the carbon in action. anything before the filter gets BLACK quick! and everything after the filter pretty much never needs cleaning although i do on occasion clean the bong in its entirety.
