Wishbone, thanks man i appreciate the input. the shelf is some plastic coated racking i had left over from years ago in a closet.
She is about 2 in from the lights i would go closer but it's about 88 deg up there.

I think I see a pre flower but it's small and hard to tell. I need to find the magnifying glass and look harder. I will try to get a good pic of that and some others as well and post later.

Weed can be freakish. It's nothing to be worried about.

Take a look at this sucker. (SensiStar x Skunk #1 from seed.)





It grew two main growth shoots, and the leaves are non symmetrical.


To the best of my knowledge, the raised ridges between the veins of the leaves are caused by heat stress. It should grow out of it just fine as long as the temps are ok. Judging by how close the nodes are on the plant, your light is plenty close. No need to go closer.

Hello again just checking in with a sad update.
My baby was a boy, no doubt about it. I first saw a little pod and was Like (wait and see) then another 2 days later into 12/12 all i saw was abunch of nuts. Never seen a male flowering and it looked neat but I just had to murder it for my own appeasement.

Now I'll start again with some new seeds, Bagseed again. I have 5 of them in water from last night and will papertowel them later. Some are green and some are dark brown to black.

will the green ones pop or are they immature seed and wasting my time.
I want to get some seeds from seedboutique but some are really spendy for me right now. Does anyone know about the less inexpensive mixes.

I'll keep trying till I get one or two or three. ha ha.

Maybee I'll find mt uncles # and get some cuts if hes still around.

Might I suggest craming as many CFLs in there as you want to spend money on. Your over all yield at the end will definitely thank you! Lookin real good though, keep it up!

I didnt think anyone was still looking at this thread and i havent updated in a while.

So thank you for reminding me of my duty to report upon my succes or failures to the community.
We can all learn from someone elses mistakes or new ideas.

if ur still looking into this thread I just had a quick question about your vanity light fixture.. i just bought one and on the box it said 60W (light sold separately).. I was planning on using 2 42watts lights on a y strip (times 4).. am I gonna cause a fire? should I buy a fixture that can handle more watts? any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Hello everyone, I am back to update and hopefully this time stay on regularly.
Problems have kept me from posting since my puter want tits up and once i figure out this new picture upload from firefox i will put up some photos, and i do have a few seeing as how i harvested 26.6 grams of dried sativa goodnes about 2 months ago and now have a reveged,overgrown, flowering monster on my hands and i think i will need some opinions. To all who asked questions of me I am sorry that i didn't get back to you.( 40 lashes with a wet noodle for me) more to follow.

damn!! that was fast response time Stihgnobevoli.

Sure , At the time i made it used some of the leftover drawer bottoms, and some liquid nails along with duct tape to hold it till it dried.

the baffles inside were glued in at 45 deg angles but on the opposite walls. it was not a very good application of the design i had and it really made the fan loud and was part of my temp problems as well as leaking light . I tried it on the outside and only problem was it leaked light straight down. the best picture is on post 8. I have a pic of the mark left on the back when i ripped it off in disgust and now have some 4 inch duct directly over the 80 mm pc fan into the cab and around the back top of cab. it works fairly well at keeping the light in and out. I hope that helps some. I will get back with some pics and a whole new growth.

Well like i said I'm back and got a story to tell.

Last time we posted i had 5 seeds germing in papertowels after a male only attempt. 10days later i still had unpopped seeds but they were years old and some green so oh well.
Then i came across 2 seeds in a sticky bag from a friends hook up and put em to the papertowels stuck em in the cab inbetween 2 plats and 36 hrs later i had tails and was not redy cuz i didnt think they would pop.
I had not enough soil but i had a big bag of compost from the patio flowers and used it mixed with a little bit of dirt from under a pine tree and let them grow under 2 of the 26 watters untill they reached their fourth nods and then fed them some spoonit orchid food 3-10-10 and they liked it and turned out to be 2 lovely females (oh the good luck shines on me)http://www.icmag.com/ic/images/smilies/jump.gif

They were 2 different phenos and didnt look alike at all. Well now i was in new neck of the woods cuz i havent been that far along yet and had to wing it cus the computer broke and i couldnt get a new one for a while.
SO i pulled 2 26 watters and replaced them with 42 watters and wow what a difference that made in the brightness and temps that went down a degree with more light. Then I got some 4 inch dryer ducting and installed that directly over the 80 mm exhaust fan, had to move one of the light sockets to another spot in the center for the ducting to fit where i wanted it. that seems to have worked cause I dont have a light leak and the temps rarely go over 80 deg at the level of the lamps. As time passes I had 2 girls in the dresser and they were fighting for room with the sativa winning and me LST'ing the shit out of it, while the indica is not doing much never got taller than 10 inches but was bushy.
About 45 days in to flower I had some stupid drunk shit that happened at my place and ended up chopping her
I managed to get harvested about 12 grams dry all smal land hairy but still ok smoke.here are the good picks With more room the sativa aka solstice was doing great.

I let her go 63 days and was having some problems with wat i know know was a cal mg def i was feeding with shultz 10-15-10 and 1 tsp per gal molasses unsulpered. I flushed for 10 days plain water and molasses and harvested 26.6 grams dry of some very hashy tasting buds

thats that as well as the 2 clones that are flowering in a bubble cloner just to see what happens.
