Actually, this piece was kinda poorly blown...has a singe mark on it and is cracked in several places. If I were to ever drop it or be rough with it...it would more than likely break...so this motivates me to limit it's use.

It is, to me, symbolic and meant to be, in such that it is a great reminder of how fragile our freedom is...I have to say, I love this pipe.

If we can vote in a democrat for governor next time (lost by less than 2,000 votes in '06) Minnesota will join the ranks as well. Gov Tim Pawlenty vetoed the last bill after it had been voted on moved through the houses.......

Well, as history has shown us...with many different things...the 13th states is usually a swing state...meaning others tend to follow suit once 20% of the nation supports something. I half expect to see Illinois, Ohio, and Indiana all pass similar measures within the next 2-3 years.

Never knew Minnesota had such support...I'll add that to my list of things to pay attention to better.

Ohio is so lax in its mj laws already I'm surprised
they haven't gone over to the green side already.......

check the mj laws @ www.norml.org on the right
side of the pg there's a drop down box for state
by state laws, Ohio is easy on possession, sale &
cultivation ~any of the 3 if in small quantities can
be charged as as 'minor misdemeanors' and doesn't
create any criminal record or jail time, just fines.

My guess is that Ohio is next to go med mj after
voting for the blue side this year.

don't be surprised if the state of North Carolina moves towards becoming a medical state too. North Carolina already had relatively lax laws and NORML even lists them as a decriminalized state. Also, like Ohio North Carolina voted Democrat this past election and the governor is a democrat a long with many of its state representatives.
also, the state legislators passed a bill to study the benefits of medical marijuana. its looking up here.

glad u guys are in states that are looking up.

colorado was not a problem....cops didnt care if they saw a grow or not in my experiences.

texas i dont see EVER coming around...(glad this is only temporary)...i have only met 1 person who smokes weed here, and only heard of 1 other...i of course keep my mouth shut and know one knows if i babysit kids or if i fuck corpses.

my employer said they do random UA's of 25% 4 times a year, but i have not heard of a single person getting a random UA, and ive been here almost 6 months, but im not gonna ask about it.

im damn close to growing again...really damn close.

i fired up my 600 today even, and fired up all my 150's...i have quite a few of those and new bulbs in all. (my purple lumatek 600 watt digital ballast is a beautiful sight)

and i peeped my seed stash

...all this just came out of storage today....im soooooooooo fukin happy!!!!
