Could salt buildup cause PH drops? I have not ran florakleen through the system at all yet. Maybe we should drain and fill with ph'd water and add florakleen let it cycle for a day or two?

Thank you Luckygreenhand. Are you currently growing anything? I love to look at other people's grows. Helps keep me motivated to keep at it.

An Update

An Update

Tonight we took some sweet pictures of the girls in flower, and we also took a small cut of a top that doesnt get much light anymore. We also are really anxious to taste this sugary girl, so we'll let it dry for a while.

She doesn't have a very strong smell, but if you start moving her around she starts to smell quite a bit. We changed the WW#1 container from the large rubbermaid tub to a square 4 gallon plastic pale, with a 3" bubble disk to aerate her solution.

We also are having 90% success with our bubble cloner now. If im rememberring correctly, we took the cuts atleast a week ago. The roots of 3 out of 6 clones, were very fat and long with lots of secondary roots. Begging to be transplanted, we moved the 3 of them to a single 2.5gallon bucket with a PPM of 620 of the GH three part veg mixture.

This upcoming friday, we will drain Evo#1 and Evo#2 and refill with 5.8ph tap water and add 4-6 tsp of FloraKleen. This mixture will cycle in the system until saturday night at lights on, then we will drain and refill with 25-30%(to 12g water) Lucas Bloom, 2tsp Floralicious Plus, 4tsp liquid KoolBloom, and then ph to 5.8.

Well enough of my rambling, here are some lovely pictures for you all!

Flushed Evo#1 and #2 and refilled with plain ph'd tap water, and 6tsp of FloraKleen to the 12 gallons of water. We let that run for 12 hours and then flushed and refilled with a low mixture of the Lucas Bloom formula. 3TSP Hardwater Micro, 6TSP Bloom, and in addition 1TSP Floralicous Plus, and 5TSP Liquid KoolBloom.

With two of these girls in the system i'm hoping we will see some nutrient usage. Our supposed WW clone, is not growing as quick as we would like. She may be replaced next weekend with another Evolution Lavendar clone. Will have pictures tonight.

A Picture Update!

A Picture Update!

Hey all  We transplanted an Evolution Lavendar clone that has been vegging for a good 3 weeks now. She was moved into our small fower system next to the lame WW clone we have going.

Our bubble cloner has taken off like crazy with 6 clones exploding roots everywhere. So we transplanted 6 clones into 2 two gallon buckets, 3 each bucket. They were fed a 50% mix of GH M-G-B, PPM is 550 to 650.

So we said there would be pictures, here they are enjoy them!!1

6 Evo Clones basking in the fluoro's

And their roots!

The big flower box, Evo#1 at day 69 of flower on the left. Evo#2 at day 13 flower on the right.

Big girl's main top

The new addition to the flower cycle, Evo#3

WW#1 such a dang slacker she is! Or maybe we aren't nurturing her correctly?

Great update crzygirl. Your cloner is rocking, rooting like mad.
That evolav is a monster, noticed over in tyler's thread you were interested in LST. Yeah, no kidding huh? :muahaha:
LST works great and I highly recommend it. caligreen has great results with it. I'd do it, but I just have too many, and till I get it under control, it's way to crowded to get in and tie things down, so I end up topping in veg, and then bending over stems in flower.
I've snapped nice growing buds off before, and now I can tell by feeling the stem if I need to smash the stem first, before I bend it to keep it from snapping. I've got a bunch of crzy diesel now that's all bent over.

BTW, now that you got crzy purple colors going, you might find that your own plants get you wet. :asskick:

HAHAH! So true hazy, about the purple! Yes, am loving the LST thing. And I think our Evo#2 is loving it as well. We dont want to see another Evo girl as tall as oiur #1... Just to much to deal with lol.

OMG crzy I love your LST results! Look at that bottom stem :jawdrop: its as tall as the main stem already. Im glad its helping you out. The purple color is amazing as well. Wish I could get some potent purple strain to grow. Great going so far. Peace.

Thank you Tyler, for the kind words. I think LST'ing will be good for us, even better if we can ever purchase a new electronic ballast and 1k light. The time for Evo#1 is counting down.

We are planning on cutting back on her nutrients on the 8th, and then flushing her from the 14th to the 22nd <--Chop Time. Going to try to let her go until she gets purple, she is REALLY starting to stink and the amber trichomes are multiplying.

Our smaller flower box isn't going so hot though. We transplanted Evo#3 into that box 2 days ago with a weak 18-22% mixture of Lucas Bloom formula. Already she is showing signs of something, white spots on all of her leaves, and on the WW too. Going to check her now for an infestation.

Sure as shit, a huge infestation of spider mites in the small flower box, and its starting in the big box with Evo#2. Now to find a place that sells no pest strips

Would one strip per box be enough, and how long would it take? Should I try to smush these little bastards until I can get to the store tomorrow?
