awesome dude, that suck that yours went out on you for the first time, mines is still working i hope last time i used it =). After that i treated that thing like my car! i hand washed everything =). I love my trimpro it cuts pretty close you kinda got to move your hands back in forth in the right motion. Btw it took me 3 hrs to trim everything by myself did 10lb in 3 hrs! I used both hands btw.

10 lbs in 3 hours!!!! that's fucking impressive man :joint: i wish i had the space to grow that much :rasta:

Can't wait to see some up close pictures of the trimmed buds. Doesn't it leave lots of stems though? I know when I trim, I get the scissors deep in to the bed and cut from there.

One other quick question, do these automatic trimmers have any legitimate legal use? Just wondering how they are marketed.

I don't think this looks very bad at all... after a manual preharvest where I pulled off the fan leaves and all the secondaries I could easily remove, this is all Trimbox. I get no complaints...

if you want to mangle your rpoduct in sure you can just rip it off the branch and step on it to give it that 'look'
i hate how this thing gouges into the sides of the nugs and makes-em' all squared' off on sides.

i guess if your only in it for the money.......

im not going to mar my buds with this thing thats for sure.

digital, what screen and model unit were you using that it did this?

just bought the tripmro automatik

just bought the tripmro automatik

this thing is the shit. super easy and real quick. I take the addon off the top and just use the table. it has smaller slots that the trimpro and a faster motor with 4 blades vs. two. the suction is real strong. the reason i bought it was for an emergency powder mildew issue and with 5+ and the need for speed I threw down the cash. well worth it ist trims well and sucked the mildew right off the leaves. The bag system makes no mess. expensive but worth it. i'm done with the days on end of trimming; even with the bonsai heros it takes a couple days. if you are super anal about a couple small leaves here and there its not for you but if you know what you are doing then a couple here and there shouldn't matter.

wonder fuck

Hey Koskesh! I've been using the standard grill without any adjustments. I have pretty descent sized buds, too. I don;t have any issues trimming my crops.

same here, i have the small trimbox with the 7/16ths grate. by hand i can do about 4 plants per hour, with this i do around 20. it's not too good for strains that foxtail, and if you have the blade set too close it does mangle it a bit, if you set it further it doesn't trim close enough to be acceptable..

hand trimming is definitely better in all ways except speed, so for personal crops i wouldn't really recommend it, but for commercial grows you NEED this unless you like trimming 10 hour days for weeks at a time...and with prices as low as they are, fuck 'em! u dun like it trim it yasself beech lol

My plan is to use my trim pro to do 70% of the trimming. I do not believe I will be able to accurately and effectively use the machine to get a fine trim so I'm not even going to try. What I do believe I can use the machine to do is to take away the fan leaves and secondary leaves and only leave smaller leaves that are easy to trim off once I'm taking the colas off the stem. The trim pro will be my "pre trimmer"

Once I get the thing and use it for a little I'll take a picture of what it does to my nugs. My buddies that use them grow some of the same strains and have finished quality that you could mix all our buds up and not know what's what because they use the method I'm talking about...trim pro for 70% of it..taking away the bulk work, then going over by hand and makin the nugs look proper...

This crop has way more bud mass than my last crop and it took me and my best friend 4 16 hour days a piece to trim the 18# that I pulled down last time. I can not waste 4 full working days like that when I could be doing other work I need to do like clean the room get the new soil in to the beds and get my plants ready for trans planting all of which will become possible because the trim pro will take my entire room down in one day have it hanging and drying the same day and ready to take off the branches to a final trim after a week "vacation"

I just did around 7# of diesel in 8 hours. I have the automatic which has the smaller grate and in my opinion if your get the wider grate you will mangle the buds. The smaller grates no issues at all and diesel is a fox tailing strain. typically i don't bother with the small spindly shit that is a bitch to trim, with the auto you just dump it into the chamber and its all trimmed in like a minute. its fucking unreal. There is really also no need to go back and do a manual trim this thing gets almost all of it and once you get the technique down its just as good as manual. you just strip the stalks of the big fan leafs and secondary leaves as I usually do for a manual trim and then flop, drop, drag and roll that shit and your done. If the shit is grown properly a leaf here and there is not going to make a difference. once it dries they usually break off anyway.

Were you working by yourself?

You're cool with the Automatik which Whips the buds around in a vortex of doom but you're talking smack on a machine you havent used?

Why would the 7/16th openings on the Trim Box and Original Large grates mangle the buds? the buds are never inserted in to the machine at an angle that should put the bud down in to the 1/2" hole. Also if you have a bud that is "ripe" that even fits in that hole, you need to check what youre doing because when I'm done my nugs are the size of my fist or better

My patients do not accept "the small spindly stuff" as medicine...So I make sure I do not produce duff.

no working with one other person. i only use the addon for the small popcorn and then use the table top for the large colas. go ahead and get the trimpro and if it does chop some of your bud you'll wish you bought the auto and at least you have the option with the auto to trim the small shit real quick. i am not talking smack but you are and you don't even own one. i'm giving my opinion, observation and what they call feed back for people that are interested. I don't need to check shit my friend. good luck
