Soil: Ocean Forest
Nutes: The fox farms trio. (grow big, big bloom, tiger bloom)

Ive been getting burned and burned again, and been stuck on 1/4 dose (following the chart) for almost 4 weeks now.

Now I read to not use Ocean Forest with Grow Big, because Grow Big is not organic. Whhhhaaaat???? why wasn't this printed anywhere?

I would suggest getting a ppm pin and start out at 500-750 and work up from there

Add lime to that soil only 1 tbs per gl since it does have shell

Make sure to ph your water between 6.5 and 7.0 lime will bring it up to 7.0 anyway

your nutes are probably bad. FF is notorious for their liquid nutes going bad. it says right on the bottle in big letters "ORGANIC BASED." is it that hard to see??

never go by a chart. go by what your plants tell you. OF has enough nutes in it to last practically all the way through veg.

sounds like you need to do a little more reading.

I've used these products long enough to give my evaluation of them.

I think they are all great. But from my experience, be careful using the Big Bloom. This is organic and it's great stuff, but you need experience to utilize it well. It releases different nutes at different times as they become available during the decaying process. This can REEK HAVOC on PH.

And THIS is why I beleive so many people have issues with these nutes...

The Grow Big and Tiger Bloom are both salt based chemical nutrients. Now get this...

I used the above said products, not the Big Bloom, at recommended STRENGTH ON THE BOTTLE!

I use no PH meter or TDS. I don't measure PH in runoff OR what I put in. I use tap water! Mix. Apply.

And recently some have been asking my feeding regiment. I sometimes feel silly telling them how simple it is. K.I.S.S.

But these products are GREAT. And they can produce amazing smoke. Again, be careful with the Big Bloom IMO.

for someone who is totally broke but wants to use more the mircale grow

I HAVE BEEN USING FF FOR SOME TIME NOW AND IT WORKS GREAT FOR ME. but like anything you grow your plant will let you no. Just keep a eye on them I have never had a problem with FFand it taste much better..

i have to agree with this one, to the T. your plants are the best indicator as to what is going on as far as reaction to nutrients.

i use used FF:OF\LW in my intial soil base along with EWC since it doesnt brake down as fast as people think, so all i have to do is re-up on BLOOD\BONEMEAL each grow. the OF ofcourse gets absorbed, but that LW and ECW are gonna be there for the long haul or i figure atleast 3-4 runs since i reuse my soil. since my soil is used as abase then i water with hydro nutes during FLOWER. VEG im good on nutes until i switch over to FLOWER.

it seems that one should read the label a lil bit more carefully, but those signs are in there and with organics you really gotta be on your game since we tend to think that nutes will last a long time because they are organic or "the shop guy said so"
