Soil: FFOF, very moist.
Water: Tap, 6.4 ph, 325 on tds meter
Root Hormone: Green Light Rooting Hormone
Light: In veg room, 6" away from 26w daylight cfls
Humidity: 100% because I put a bag over it.
Cutting is 5 days old and it is inside a 20oz bottle.

What does everyone think? You can't tell from the pic but the spots are a cream color.

I have one more thing to add, the bag thats over them gets into contact sometimes, and water get on the leaves, is that bad?

I'd say some light bleaching & heat stress being a cream colour. It does look a little rusty that could be radiant heat. Water drops magnify the light & can leave burn marks.

Okay, a ghetto solution for now.
It's def the water, I don't know why I couldn't piece it together, of 3 clones the one that has it the worst is the one making most contact with the bag.
The one making no contact, has no such burns.

I'll keep this updated if things get better or worse.
