Yeah...kind of a shame how we talk about classic strains/cuts that really don't exist anymore. Hell...peeps even talk about things like pre 2000 DJ Short Blueberry and that was not that long ago. Ya know Rev is working with some of Opie's Maple Flo which is based on Rev's REAL DEAL MTF cut? Maybe in the f2's someplace you can find something close...maybe? I'm gonna look...lol.4 Dragons said:

After growing out c66,socal g13,bubba,ghaze,afghanis, blowfish, so many awesome indicas

strain that my friends rave about or even remember is the drgreenthumb mtf sativa
Yes it stretched,it was mostly sativa yes it gave 1lb a plant indoor , i grow trees too,
and have been growing for almost 40 yrs.
Yes it was so covered in trics as to look sprayed by acrylic
the high was a "high" ala sativa.
So glad you are one of the few who have the real mtf
but this mtf came from seed, was available
and one of my all time favourite strains, and i don't really care
what it is called.
On CW a few years ago some Alaskan guy came on , made few posts,
said that we would be surprised to find the mtf was mostly sativa
and forced out doors under glass, so there are many stories and possibly more than one mtf.

I ran MVTF for 5 years or so, but recently culled it due to flavor. Not my fav. The cut we ran tasted kind of like washed out wild spearmint. Wasn't really my thing. She is a massive yielder however, with good trichome production and very good stress and mold resistance. I think I ran her about 60 days, but I could be wrong on that until I check my old logs.

here are a few of the WTF i made it using a s1 MVTF Male On the cedar sticky white Alaskan thunderfuck, Both were so killer i had to mix em, what happened is it has the real sharp punch you in the nose extra citrus smell from the matty and the cedar piney undertones of the ATF it smells crazy good, and very new.numb indica sleepy thou, this was grown by professor dank. thanks for the sample....

I thought that was my job description! I'm sure someone somewhere has maintained that cut. I only know of one person that could tell if the cut you has is legit cause he worked with it many years back.Greyskull said:

She is so thick and juicy! MMMmmmmm. I feel bad I talk about how she's not a "main eventer" for me right now because I am so enamored with my pre 98 Bubba Kush, and then I go to look at her tonight and am blown away by how theek shee eez. No she doesn't get as frosty as my Bubba. But she yeilds leaps and bounds more, and her creeper stoner, crisp taste and loitering high are truely GREAT IMO. I had a gram tucked away from a few crops ago and fired that sumbitch up, and I gotta tell you - that's a good fucking smoke. A really good smoke. I forget how spoiled I am to have been blessed with the genes that I have.... NEways....
