Spider mites.

My plant is just starting to really flower and I just noticed I have a small spider mite problem, I know my only option is a neem soil drench so my question is, 1. how long will it take for the neem to get into the plant and 2. how many applications of neem should I give it and 3. how long should I wait in between applications?

I also have a question, is it bad to smoke spider mites lol? I lost the light to my hand magnifier a long time ago so I haven't been able to check up close but I haven't had any bad spider mite take overs, I've been thinking I haven't had the problem since I first started but I was just wondering this question...

how early into flower are you if you 2 weeks into flower its ok to use neem oil spray spray it all over the leaves if not there organic sprays thats work for flower that wont hurt yer buds basicly spider mites are the worst thing to get if you ask me i had and infestation that costd me alot of money n sprays it was like a bottle a week spider mites will keep comin n comin think of it as WAR KILL every MITE And egg you see with yer hands and sprays move all y0ur other plants away from your infected plants
another thing you could do if you can control your temps you could lower your temps under 60 that pisses em off and makes em wana leave good luck man youll need it

id just say put them outside for a week. my plants outdoors had a small spider mite problem on the lowest of fan leaves...but when the low 50's nights started rolling in, they all dissapeared. if outdoors isn't an option, i dunno what to say..other than you're sorta fucked :(

are you running co2?

if not, try getting your hands on some avid, if its early enough into flower the toxic shit only stays in your plant for 40 days

The neem does not go into the soil and then through the plant. The mites thrive on the underside of the leaves usually starting from the bottom. You want to spray the soil and the underside of the leaves ( unless they've already begun to web and go above the leaves ) with warm water and neem oil, with the lights off.

One option is X-Clude Pyretheum time release spray. You want to make sure and spray it from a distance and not directly on the plants. Sort of like a mist or the leaves will burn. Defiinitely not with the lights on.

I also burn sulfur preventively which I think helps to control the mites before they happen. It's also good for Powdery Mildew. I can't say where other members stand on that.

The pyretheum will affect the pistils if they've begun to form as will the neem. Just a heads up.

Good Luck Mites are very persistent. You'll have to be as well.
