Howdy Fellow Stoners,
I've been lurking for a while. Grown a few plants, but never like I envision a good grow. Sooooo, I'm a geek of sorts, dyslexic as hell, and thought I'd go ahead and walk right in. I'm 55, grew up in the 60s and 70s with a lot of very nice and cool people around. I used to grow a bit outdoors, nothing serious... would just like to grow a bit for meself and me friends, don't'yuaknow.. :) Thinking of taking the small-grow-hydroponc route. T5 veg and 250 hps. Starting from bag seeds... good ones. Will keep you posted once I get situated. Can't wint to "weigh in". Man, it's so great to have a forum like this !!! It's about time this country gets real about legalization. I think we may have a chance with the Obama administration. Optimistic anyways... Glad to read so much frank and intelligent discussion, along with comradery (SP) and candor. I hope to contribute to discussions and make a few friends. Time to grow some herb. Cheers! Rick

Greetings from Russia!
We also want legalization of marihuana in our country. I shall be very pleased for you if you can convince Obama.

Hi there,

Thanks for the introduction Dutchgrown. I have been a longtime fan of this forum; its knowledgeable members that choose to contribute so much help to some of us beginners is a real blessing.

Oops! I apologize for not introducing myself before asking questions. I am Blue Halo and I recently moved back to the mainland after living in Hawaii for 13 years. I am an experienced outdoor grower and have done some pretty stealthy outdoor grows there. Mainly I was growin short Hawaiian Sativa's but also did some African Landrace like Malawi Gold. Growin there is crazy because of Operation Green Harvest. Now that I am on the mainland I am limited to outdoor growing areas and have moved my operation indoors. I have never grown indoors before and so this is all new to me. Right now I am doing 3 45 gallon Rubbermaids with Coco Coir as my medium under 375+ watts of CFL's and about 1600 lumens. I will be using Botanicare nutes as well. I got the seeds from The Attitude Seed Bank and all are femenized and are as follows: Tundra (Auto flower), Spoetnik (Indica), White Berry, Wonder Woman, and a bunch of freebies like 5 Tai Skunk, White Widow, Purple Lady (which I germed). I germed using the scaring method and soaking in water for 24 hours. I got a 100% germ on them all but after putting the spoetniks in cubes only 1 actually popped out. I think I put them down too deep. The first leaves have shown and this is week one of my Rubbermaid grow. Has anyone in here had any experience with this type of set up that I am using?

No, spamming to get to 75 posts will simply get your count reset to 0. To get to 75 posts, simply post as normal...at your own speed in the regular forums. Read, ask questions, get help to your inquiries...there is no need to turbo post to gain a certain post number. Everyone gets there eventually.
