Fast finishing (per say) Sativa??

Well have been LOOKING for a fast finishing (fast as in 8-10 weeks) sativa.
Preferr 90% like Kali mist or western winds...
Just hopeing youse guys may know of OTHER strains like those 2, so i can have a wider choice to choose from... Thanks for your time and help.... PAX

I there were any available off the shelf, everybody would be growing them. Sadly, decent sativa and <12wks don't go together.

Your best bet is probably a pheno hunt, perhaps from MNS SSH.

MNS La Nina (HazexWidow) also very hazy and could be what you're looking for.

Otherwise try,, Flo [#1] (it's quite quick for sativa dom.), or Stonehedge [#2] (Cambodian x western winds),, they are both nice plants to grow and chill out with

c99 is about as fast as it gets. It's available now at one outlet that I know of. Another has c99 x A11.

45 day sativa I am just growing it for the first time but its been around a couple years. big yield fast finish, great buzz.

no doubt it's a mishmash, but the final product, or at least the F2's I grew, had a pure sativa high with indica nugs.

and man, do I love those dense c99 nugs.

I must have smoked 10-15 different C99 phenos, from 4-5 different banks, though I've never been lucky enough to find one with a "pure sativa" high, although there have been some excellent ones, (one of which I've kept). Smoke a bit too much, though, and it's off to the land of Nod. Not my definition of a sativa.

C99 is an excellent outcrosser though, especially with pure sativas. My experimental 303xC99 cross was E-LEC-TRIC no ceiling, and certainly no sleep, no matter how much you smoked. Mental note - must do it again sometime!

So what I'm saying, is if you find C99 x any true sativa it may be worth it.

On the subject of Durbans: A good Durb is dead electric and very powerful, at least the ones I smoked in Durban were I think a lot of what passes for Durban, is crossed with too much skunk/whatever, hence the loss in potency. Perhaps try SpiceBrothers DurbanThaiC99 if you can still find it?

Yup, I'll go with that, my fav meditational smoke by a long way!
Wouldn't call it 100% sativa, i.e. as in SE Asian sativa (and yes, I know everybody else calls it sativa, but there you go), for me it definitely has something of that Himalayan dreaminess - but what a brilliant smoke!

Love it, trying several crosses with it, too.

well full sativa's are outta the question with an 8-10wk flowering time...SSH, MangoHaze, La Nina and Afghan Haze would be great from the MNS company...Serious's Ak-47 finishes fast with sativa qualities, Kali Mist is i believe 90%sativa and finishes pretty fast also...all top notch strains

Yup, MNS Afghan Haze might be alright. I'd try it in your position. Might have NL5Haze-like qualities. All MNS that contains Haze is top-notch. You never hear of anyone disappointed. Although LaNina also sounds good if you want to go the MNS route. Had glowing reports all round, though yield was a bit low.

BTW, has anyone actually done Bambata? I was pleasantly surprised by Green Dragon (1/2 Bambata) but found it a bit weak. The Tiki write-up does sound good, doesn't it?

C99 Is a good fast strain, pretty good taste too, great bag appeal in that aspect.
in reguards to a sativa, i wouldnt call c99 a sativa. its a good hybrid at best. Ive had some good true landrace sativas and c99 just doesnt compare to those, but i still have c99, its great. for me c99 has kinda thumper stone, real happy and warm energetic, but then it just stops, no comedown really, some might mistake this for couchlock i guess... if you have alot of c99 this isnt really a problem tho she yeilds good too. an overall beauty, she features the hooked trichome aswell, like the white's. my rhino pheno polyhybrid has them too, it looks twice as crystally as the other strains, a bit furrey.

The user "tan" told you in this thread http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=95284&page=2&pp=15&highlight=NepJam that nepjam is not 100% sativa. I think there must be some thruth in it, by the looks of NepJam that can't be 100% "sativa".

Nepjam is good for a 9 weeker, but the nepalese used in this cross (Reeferman's Nepalese, acclimated in Vancouver Canada) has a bit of afghani in its genes to bring it from its original 11 weeks to the present 9 weeks. Nepalese usually takes 11 weeks and is not always easy indoors.

The Jamaican 85 used also has a tad of indica in it. So no, Nepjam is not 100% sativa. It has the effects, but its ceiling has been reduced because of the afghani. Still good for a 9 weeker, maybe the best available for indoor grows.
