getting started....

hey guys...just wanted to have a grow journal, and hopefully get some advice or direction frm anyone who can offer me some...


for a slight intro...this is my 5th time into flower in regards to experience...i learn and progress very quickly and usually double or triple yields after each grow as i have a natural tendency to out do myself.... , anybody else like that....?


anyway.....Im running hps ballasts with eye hotilux'x EN in em....air condtion pushed air cools hoods which also is being sucked out by a stanley nasCAR blower...an aeroponic/swc/nft hybrid system, vortex 6in through 3ft canister, and 2 osi. fans on timers....co2 also on timer on for a min off for 5min.....super clean RH water....

...nutes vary from what they need....sometimes i use AN grow..sometimes GH 3part...sometimes DnF Grow....i use Hydroguard, Hygrozyme, sensizyme, jumpstart, and sweet....foliar with foxfarmgrow big 2 1/4strength, mixed with sm90 and neem oil...and DnF gold...


shooting for 3-4ounces per plant....i just flipped the lights and going for the 36hours darkness period...

ive never flipped this early berfore usually have al least 4 to 5 weeks of veg before i ever flipped but this time i wanna see wut kind of result i can get, some of the clones have been veggn for 3weeks now and are absolute monsters...., had to do a stadium style sitting arrangement...all the older taller cloner were put on the outside and the younger shorter clones were started form the inside....

blah...noticed sun sunburn on my girls...raised the 1000watters from 18frm the top of the top to 26inches...is that a good height ....ive got 60 growing bushes 3inches apart from each other in a 4x5ish system.....man...i really wanna get nugs from the bottom up this time...

the best way to get nug from the bottem up is SOG when there that close... you can build a screen and do a scrog but with 60 in the 4 x 5 sog is best imo that silvehaze is going to take off on ya if you dont all ready no also running stain's that grow alike will help... a lot of your plants are gonna tower ofer the others and you have to move the light to make up for it..

i have seen them 60 site airo's with every other "tube" turned the other way so its 4 x 10 and ran with more lights (2 per side i think) it's been a long time

thats wut a friend of mine does .....30 site per side...2 1000wt hp on each side...he usually gets 3-4lbs per harvest...not bad....im shooting to get the same minus 2000wt....im hopeful...but i just didnt want to use more than 2000watts nor did i have the space to get it to the 4x10 option....i thought about the screen but it wud be hard to get in there and do some one-on-ones with them...also...if you can tell...i put the taller sat. domin. batches together on the outside rows while the shorter ind. domin. plants in the inside to maximize my light potential....i actually want to raise the rows to accommodate a more traditional stadium style setup.....i thought it be better for light penetration...ill try it and post update pics....
