DP "Mazar" Window Grow

b8man - Thanks dude. Cultivation has been decriminalized in Spain, where I live, so my only security concern is being robbed.

The two plants on the right have stronger odor than the one on the left, but none of them are all that stinky really. They actually all smell different, with varying mixtures of pungent and sweet. Looking forward to sniffing them as those fragrances develop :)

Grow looks fantastic, dude! You'll love that Mazar. She is sweet and hearty. I'm on my 2nd harvest (tomrrow morning). Hope to pull ~100g. Pullin up a chair for this one if you don't mind. :lurk:

Nice window grow man :) This year I'm also growing on window but previous 2 years I used balcony.
I had 6 plants but left only 3 - 1xEarly misty and 2xAfghan. Misty and one afghan turned into females but then I removed Afghan 'cause he had serious problems with insects.

Flowering week six (~day 37)

Just watching them get fatter at this point, vertical growth has slowed greatly. Somebody in one of the upper floors hung their pet bird out and this morning I found seeds and bird poops on my plants :(

Comes with a window grow I suppose...

Thank you Sproutling! I'm going to chop on Sept 31st (flowering day ~60). Not waiting any longer because they are stinking like crazy and a neighbor has actually complained to us about the smell. Shit! Just 12 more days....

Flowering day 54, total 97 days from seed.

I'm happy with these buds. For only getting a few hours of sun a day I think they've turned out alright. They're still sprouting new buds and have lots of white pistils, but day 60 will have to be it for these plants.

I snapped off a branch a week ago (day 46), let it dry, and sampled a bit of the lower buds. Seems to be decent, kind of an activating high, no couchlock, felt pretty good. Hopefully a couple more weeks on the plants and a good long cure will improve this.

Now on to pics taken today. As a size reference, I stuck my hand in there. The tallest of the plants is around 75 cm or 30 inches.

Will take pics of the last day, harvest, and hopefully a smoke report after a couple weeks of cure.

Thanks for reading!

Air Freshner: Very nice plants you've got going, Mazar is one of the top choices on my list of strains to grow. Very nice! Will be watching for the final results of this grow.

Harvest

Day 104 from seed, day 60 of flower.

I would have let these plants go another two weeks or so but my current situation does not allow for it.

Onward to the pictures!

View of my grow from the street.

One last group shot.

As I began to trim, I noticed that one plant seemed to be plagued with powdery mildew or some other kind of fungus on the leaves and buds. Very disappointed about that.

I stripped off all the leaves I could and placed them in a bag. Will give hash-making a try this fall. My fingers were black after a while and I actually could roll up little balls of hash between my fingers. You better believe I saved it!

After the plants had been stripped I cut them at the base and took them, one by one, to the shower, where I hopefully removed the majority of dirt, debris, bird poop, mold, etc., before hanging them to dry.

And this is them as they are as of this post, hanging in a closet. I'll leave the door open tonight because they are wet from the shower and I don't want more mold.

The next few days the buds should dry and cure properly, and hopefully within the next few weeks I'll have some decent smoke on my hands. This project has been a major part of my summer and tonight's chop has defined the end of that time. A breezy, chilly night outside really reinforces the fact that autumn has arrived and that the hot, lazy summer is over.

I'll update in a couple of weeks to show how the cure is going. Peace and love, my friends.

Would you mind if I saved and used the picture of the plants with the cross in the background? Nothing to make money off of. But maybe as an avatar or something. I would be more than happy to give you any credit for the picture.
