sativa feeding advice

I was just making sure that you knew the difference. I see that you do:)

As you can see, root binding is controversial. I think you made a good call because, as a new grower, you really don't want to be fighting an octopus or a 7 ft. xmas tree. The downside is that you are possibly sacrificing yield a bit.

Even though I may disagree with freezerboy on the issue of root binding, I still think his advice to you was pretty good. Anyone who can ScrOG Thunk (ThaiXSkunk#1) has my respect.

Good luck with your grow and yeah, the best beans are free beans.

It's perfectly normal for a plant to pull nutes from the fan leaves in flower. In fact it will improve your finished product by making it a smoother smoke. I know that's a little hard to believe, so read Stitch's sticky at the top of this forum's main page.

Maaaaan... you need a bigger pot. That N def is normal for old, low leaves on a flowering plant, and adding N is not the solution, but you need more room for the roots... even a SLIGHTLY larger pot would be a start. I know about your space problem, and understand that, but your 'stretch' period is pretty much over and you aren't going to gain significant height, and you stand to LOSE significant bud mass if you can't get some better root space going on.

ok so if i repot from that 6.5 litre pot to a 11 litre pot

it wont grow huge will it??

and i wont be left with soil with no roots init

also how will this affect my feeding schedule because the soil i used(biobizz allmix) has quite a lot of nutes in it

You can always go with a simpler soil like promix, and your feeding schedule will be unaffected. Whatever nutes the biobizz had in it are long gone by the looks of things.
Your plant won't grow huge just because you re-potted. However if you DON'T re-pot, I don't think your plant will even survive 6 more weeks.
You don't have to worry about soil with no roots in it- they will seek out fresh soil quickly and start taking up food and water.
I wanna see what that root ball looks like! :D

For me, Sats use more nitrogen to grow so tall so I run into lack of nitrogen issues pretty early into flower. I just keep on treating them like I normally would and let the leaves yellow. I don't like adding more Nitrogen in flower than what is already in there.

I grow sog and never use pots bigger than one gallon and my plants are never really that big, but I have grown them that big before when I didn't expect the stretch with a new strain. Still never more than one gallon of soil.

Anyways, that's just me.
