If you can cover them with plastic totally sealing around the bottom with dirt (Doktor Doom total release fogger) should do the trick. It has pyrethrins so it can be used up to the day of harvest and is nontoxic - you probably would use it after dark for 3 hours then open the plastic up. It says it kills mites but I use it for whiteflies.

Man that sucks NorCal..We're dealing with terrible mold on the east coast..best of luck to you.Personally, I think Ventura's suggestion sounds the best.

I guess its too late.. Oh well.. It will just be another shitty havrest/triming time with them crawling everywhere and webbin.. YUCK!

Where do the mites come from?? The girls were clean when they were infants..

I had some spider mites...but the combination of spraying Neem oil and Spinosad seems to have rid my plants of them. Both sprays are organic and supposedly safe up to harvest(although...I've stopped spraying now). Good luck.

they exist naturally.. so they just found a nice place to bed down which was unfortunately your plants.. if you had an enclosed space you could try predator insects as well.. but outdoors i guess some pesticide agents might be needed for an infection.

i just had a passing thought sulfur burner? i dont know if that would help

ooops thats for fungus n thrips... might work on the borg too

Optimally you'd use floramite earlier in flower but with 4 weeks left its your only choice. good news is it will work. give it 2 days and they will all be dead. if i were you i'd grab some asap. in stores they only sell it for like $300 a quart, ebay has it in smaller amounts

bottom line, go get floramite now!

stick with small quantity of soap and water. spraying now will just make you paranoid when you smoke or handle your weed. mites hate humidity and the soap will snuff some of them. early on pyrethrin azitrol or floramite would work. use em if you dont mind the shit on yer smoke.

You can wash the buds off under a shower faucet and shake off the remaining bugs, neem oil, safer soap, or pyrethrins, when you're caught with your pants down......i had to do it a few times this last year. Use a very mild temperature and most all of your trichomes will remain. They are tough cookies. Remember there is a water cure.........I was surprised how fresh & clean the bud looks after hang dried from a shower.

Good luck bro! I've been fighting them except for this summer, wierd, because all winter I had PM and mites & aphids from being around some outdoor ornamentals.

lady bugs

Available at most garden shops

some will leave but most will stay for dinner - they eat many spider mites per day

Ya want to put several on a sheet of toilet paper ind gently place it on the stem - the ladybugs will earn their keep and keep it green
