hey guys, there is something seriously wrong with my 2 hazes, today, i open up my closet to find this...

i really hope any of u guys can tell what it is and what to do about it, i really dont wanna lose these 2 prescious plants... they went from normal to how they are in the pics in just 2 days max, i noticed something was going on already yesterday. oh, and as you can see in the pics, all the affected leaves got their tips curled up. the leaves are still green in between the spots, so no yellowing or something, just what u see in the pictures. dont know what it is but it moves quickly, almost on every leaf i can see signs already so im really worried... thx in advance for any help

To my eye that pattern looks more like a disease, fungal more likely than viral, rather than a deficiency.

Sorry I can't be more specific; if you fill out MyNameStitch's troubleshooting form we can get on it much more effectively...

i should also say the 2 hazes are the only plants affected, there are other strains growing litteraly against the hazes and they are fine. this really sucks :( hope theres something to do about it.. and where exactely can i fill out this form?

this is what you need to fill for us.. it looks heat related ( lack of o2 from soil being hot)

*NOTE: Please Cut And Paste only the section that applies and add your response. Pictures should be added to every thread to ensure a proper diagnosis, when using pictures please ensure your HPS if using one is not turned on while taking pictures, as the lighting hides the plants problems.

no, im 1000% sure its not too hot there, summer just passed away here, and i got a cooltube too, been growing like this for quite some while now. in my closet with lights on its like 16-17° C, wich translates to 60.8-62.6° F, my closet is only like 1 or 2 degrees above room temp, im growing with only 150 watts of hps... pfff, its a lot worse now, plants look in a real bad way...

SOIL:

How long has this problem been going on? 3 days now
What STRAIN are you growing? haze special from kc brains
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) seed, 2 seedplants, both affected
What is the age of your plants? around 2 month mark now, but went 12/12 from seeds, so that makes like 1 month flowering, cause they showed around the 1 month mark
How Tall are the plants? 70 cm, but im bendin em a bit
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? flowering
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) 4 plants, lst (not sure if sog applies, cause they are spaced out and only 4 of em
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 2 hazes, 15 liter pot, together in same pot (was for purpose of having more chance of a female per pot)
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) good quality soil from the nursery here, but its got enough drainage en is perfect imo, been growing in it for more than a year, previous grows were fine.
What Nutrient's are you using? How much of each with how much water? How Often? canna terra at 3.5 ml/ liter, dont know how much ppm it is, but it below what they advise, they say 5ml per liter, but that was burning them, so doing 3ml for a while now
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? no meter sorry... but they where perfectly healthy last week
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? /
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen? / sorry guys, ghetto...
How often are you watering? when top few inches feel a little dry
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? im feeding every watering in flowering
What size bulb are you using? 150 watts
What is the distance to the canopy? 20 cm, but measured from the cooltube
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) 40-50%
What is the canopy temperature? around 60-65° F (65 maximum)
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) day is 60-65, night is pretty cold at the moment, temps of 50-50° F
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 94 for the cab, another 94 for the cooltube, standard 19w inline fans
Is the fan blowing directly at plants?got another 10 watt inline fan used as an oscilating fan blowing on canopy height
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist?mostly moist, sometimes little wet, but the 2 girls drink a lot together
Is your water HARD or SOFT? never had ph issues before, and other plants are still fine
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? tap water
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? not pruned but clipped off a few of the affected leaves off, they were a brittle and dry and crumble, but not yellow, the plant is not rlly yellowing
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? no
Are plant's infected with pest's? dont know, help needed on this one...

ill photograph a leaf and post it

flush it. looks like nitrogen toxicity and calcium deficiency. sativas are light feeders that like a constant pH. you shouldn't need to feed them that much in soil, especially in early flower. a big pot like that 15L can store lots of unused nutes if not a lot of runoff.

you should really try to pH your feedings. the drop kits are cheap and highly accurate.

ok, im flushing it right now. im curious to see how they look tomorrow, but how come i didnt see any signs of overfeeding then? can u get a toxic salt buildup without any signs before it happens?

I do NOT grow in soil but I can vouch for this. Hydro folks often feed with "the Lucas Formula" @ 0-8-16 ml/gallon. My T*Haze x Skunk#1 says 0-3-6 is too strong.

Yer thats severe nitrogen toxicity.I've found less is more when growing haze varietys,i grow original haze and even 1ml of bio-bizz grow sends the leafs curling .
