its same guy i've been getting the best stuff from since 94 95. he said its triple x. he doesnt make up names. i never heard of it either.

XXX is for sure a strain created some years back. The real deal XXX is supposed to rock big time. Honestly I can't remember the online name of the guy that created it. If I remember will try and do some follow up for ya.

xxx is an OG strain that's great!
its also known as triple OG, or triple og kush...
lots of people just call it xxx

I though XXX was a bay area clone, been around for awhile now...didn't think it was an OG, but maybe I'm wrong... Some reason thinking XXX Skunk?

The XXX I know of goes back about 5+ years and is not based on OG. The XXX Skunk rings a bell but not that either. This strain floated around the CC boards for awhile and an old member there created it. Pretty sure one of the goodies in there was some type of land race Mexican. Not Kush stuff for sure and almost positive a heavy sat leaning cross. The dude is a pretty accomplished low key breeder.

Guess there's lots of XXX's out there...lol.

i know this thread is ancient but i have a xxx cut from the club harborside and I guess it is a chemd x sweet tooth cross. Leaves look very sativaish and smell is sweet. i think it's going to take a good while to finish up. Definitely no og kush in it. hope it's the killer version.

There is a strain I pick up pretty often called xxx he says its originally from canada. Its smells hashy/earthy with some sweetness in between. Super duper dense nugs but decently light with low stem

xxx is a strain from the bay area that has been around since 2002, but has since been renamed to something else, don't remember what though.
100% indica, huge yields, stinky as hell, does not turn purple, no matter what you do.
i had the strain for years, until the San Francisco pd decided to have the biggest bust in there city's history.....
sucks when your eating at bubba gumps on the fisherman's wharf and you see your warehouse live on tv, breaking news.....

hmmm...seems there are different versions out there. The one I'm growing is probably looking like it could go 10-11 weeks and it's way stretchy and leaves are thin and sat leaning. anyone know the one i'm talking about??? All i know is the clone guy at harborside said it was really really good. hmmm...
