should i be worried?

so a few months ago, my boy got the door kicked in after he sold to a undercover agent. Keep in mind he really didnt sell like weight or anything, only a eighth, but the LEO was asking about X hard core and like 10 other people in his apt complex got busted.

so fast forward to now and i find out from his ex girlfriend who also got arrested said my name came up when they were asking questions, but i would assume its just cause they found some of my shit over there and they wanted to know who i was or w/e

Ive been thinking about it, and because im not growing and i dont really sell weight im just going to lay low and get a prepaid phone for any sketchy convos.

You shouldn't be worried persay, but you should be more careful. If they hear your name come up once, they will just listen to hear it again, they only go after people that they hear about from more than one source, unless it's a grower, which you are not so you're fine.

you my friend are now a mark. rule #1:never sale to someone you dont know. if they are watching you(they probably are). stay low key. stop slangin for a month or two. only buy enough for personal use. my girlfriends sister is married to a cop. he says that 90% of the time when people get busted, it is because someone ratted them out. your buddy could also be pointing the finger at you to get the cops off his back. they will pull the old"give us 3 legit names and we will forget this ever happened. be careful!

I would be worried, clean up your place of any paraphanelia, baggies, scales, etc etc.

Don't keep that stuff at your residence for a couple months. I'd also be talking to that girlfriend and see what kinda story she told.

I havent had a chance to speak with her about it because i found out through this girl i know and she told her in confidentiality about the whole thing so i cant ask her about it straight out.

from what i have heard, they pretty much were just like who is this guy and if i was a part of selling anything and she said she didnt know anything that i was doing or whatnot.
They only busted by friend for a oz and a half so i dont know why they would bother asking about me because i dont even deal weight or anything just smoke and help my friends out sometime. I just dont know how sketched out to be.

I still want to get a throw away phone, but i dont know the best brand or type to get any help is greatly appreciated

LOL Sorry for giving you a son. My bad. TracFone paid with cash from Wal-Mart is the best place to get a disposable phone. Just don't use a CC or check to pay for your phone or additional air time cards.

I don't know bro.. I hate to sketch people out n all, but Personally I'd be real worried if the police brought up my name in questioning.

I don't know what u do day to day, or who ur associates are, but I know for me anyway that there'd be absolutely no reason for the police to be asking my name. If they were asking about me in questioning I would only assume someone I associated with spoke it to them recently.

I'd rethink my last couple months, and really think hard about what activities I participated in that would bring me on their radar as someone of interest to them. Do I have any outstanding parking tickets?? have I grown or sold a lil pot recently? Have I hung in a place that woulda caused me to be a person of interest by association? But me, I know what I do, and I know what I risk, and am willing to risk, and If the police were starting to ask bout me I couldn't help but be worried.

If I were you, I'd be suspicious of everyone around you. If people are getting arrested and talking about you, then you need to root them out and 86 'em. Others have advised you only to deal w/the people you know. The pigs make snitches out of the people you know. Since your not at the police station when your so-called "friends" get arrested, you never know if they're ratting you out or not.

One way to check and see who has been arrested lately is to do background checks on them. See if your local pig agency are online and what services they offer. Some let your browse arrest records for free. You never know until you check.

Failing this, you can try a pay service, many are under $25. A pittance compared to what you would pay if you get arrested. And check up on your so-called "friends". Knowledge is power.

Maybe you should limit who you hang out with for a bit. Lay low. I can tell you from expierence that if the pigs keep hearing your name, the more likely they will investigate you. Apparently, where you live, they like to keep the community safe by busting petty anty drug dealers.

haha good question. The maintenance dude at the apartment complex would always come up and blow down with us and chill. I didnt live there or anything, but i would chill there alot. He ended up dicking us and a friend and using the key to come in a jack my friend for a oz of beast and 2 bongs, and he stole some money from a friend in the complex.

So when the police get involved, he ends up getting caught for stealing the money and he snitched on everyone he knew in the apartment doing anything. He came over with a older black dude who i think was the undercover, and when my friend wouldnt let him in the maintenance dude let him in after he the narc wouldnt quit knocking on the door. he cam in and sat down immediatly and he was asking for x saying "where them blue dolphins man". He sells them a eighth and then 3 hours later the door got kicked in but no one was there.

basically the lesson is dont sell to people you dont know, and dont smoke with your housing complex employees.

Thanks for the info. That does sound pretty rudimentary of your boy. He did not know the guy but yet sold him the blue dolphins. Well it’s actually not as sophisticated as I thought LEO could be anyway. Some good knowledge there thanks bro I hope everything works out for you and your boy.
