I harvested her because she just put me on my back on the settee for over 3 and a half hours..off a 2 day air-dried bud.
I will tell you properly when I feel sensible again.

Glad to hear your mate has confirmed your hunch of that plant being mazar dominant.... Thats weird the incense smell keeps popping up so much this year... Need to try and get that male out here! If I would have had the DC crossed with ALF this season would have just clicked, eh?

From f5-f8 white will come back and the colour will receed.

Sorry to keep you all waiting..I know you are wanting to know.
I smoked her around 2pm.
I could taste her in the roll before I lit it.
Few puffs in incense on the roof of me mouth and up me nose.
I thought she would be okay because it was a barely dry small bud.
Half way in..I knew I was in trouble...but it is so long since I have had it in this strength..I couldn't help meself.
One definition of my original Maz high was that it lasted over 3 hours.
This surpassed that.
Me neck went first..so I was sprawled before I finished the smoke.
The me spine so I was flat on me back.
Then I got the overwhelming desire to close my eyes.
I closed me eyes..kept getting this picture of me m8 burning his nose with his spliff..and started on a fit of the giggles. inappropriately.
Total couch-lock throughout.
I alternated between staring into space with me mouth open..feeling as if everything was going on around me at double time and I wasn't at the same speed.
To mind-racing clarity and the feeling that I was buzzing with energy ready to go.
Which was contradictory because I couldn't have got me bum off the settee if it had been on fire.
I thought twice during the journey that she was going to whitey me..but I survived both attempts.
After 2.5 hours I thought I was over the worst and I was raring to go get her checked and taken down.
Unfortunately..when I stood at the bottom of the stairs I realised that it was Only my head raring to go..my legs still weren't co-operating.
I lay back on the settee and had an hours sleep..she forced me.
I came back into here last night at 7pm..
feeling fine and dying to tell you all about it..
but I couldn't.
Ugly Betty wiped the floor with me..
I think I still had residual brain detatchment.

I would imagine it would depend on the trait, and how many genes there are controlling the trait.... fewer genes or a single gene controlling the trait may allow for more responsive control over the trait's dominance.... More genes could create a less responsive control from selection pressures over the trait's dominance...
So long as the selection pressure is there.... choosing only colored/incense flavored seed to cross..... it should move the population toward that trait.... how long that will take, who knows...

You give me two plants and tell me what you want out the cross I will get you it @ f3..
or I will tell you how long it will take me to get it.
my biggest problem was I didn't know cannabis..
absolutely no genetic recognition.
I couldn't tell an Afghan from me ar*ehole..
I knew from the first taste "What" I wanted
but I had to find out "who" the plant was her dominance
and "where" the high was before I could even start to try to catch it.

I THINK that I have the 2 original phenos from the maz/lr f1's on the patio now.
I have one that I think is nearer a pure Afghan.and one that I think is near a pure Maz.
The pure afghan in white is a non-typical looking afghan pheno..but I have had very similar in a pure Afghan line before.
Instead of buds tapered to the top..they have in line multi headed buds
that have masses of the typical little hazel nut afghan buds fighting to
out-grow each other making the full buds look really lumpy.
Absolutely ultra Sati looking leaves...spidery..very very long..
but enormous bud and bud density.
Do you think that she looks like an afghan..?
The darker one underneath with the long finger leaves
i see an afghan dominance in that one.. but the longer finger leaves show an influence given by a more sativaish growing plant.. like hindu kush.. its all about leaf shape though.. by the shape of the flower i can thell it has to be very dense and nug-like bud.. typical indica.

The purple UB is about 90% of what I want..but I have a cross over genetic in there.
I am hoping that the White maybe closer to the mark.
She has a different start shape bud to the purple so I am hoping that change goes in my favour..

No more herb offers to my grandma.... I guess she called my mom telling her I was trying to get her to take DRUGS.... She seemed very open to trying this ancient medicine when we talked.... Guess the PROPOGANDA got to her.... Its sad because I know it could really help her....

What is the world coming to when your Grandma sprags you up to your Parents.
It may be frustrating pipe..but you are right.
Your Grandma probably came through the same era as my Mother.
There were only two things that would get you thrown out of the house when I was growing up..
drugs and tattoo's..the rest could be talked about.
I was lucky/unlucky that my mother saw what the prescription drugs did to me..
so she didn't like it..
but accepted the smoke as a better alternative.
and since I have turned into a raging violent derranged Junkie..
yet..ha ha
she has come to the conclusion that the drug info she was fed in 70's probably wasn't quite as accurate as she thought.
I have the 2 seeded WR's..
the 5 seeded ALF#3's
the Whore..
the BeAn that was in the same pot.
and Ugly Betty all off.
I would have liked to have left the Whore a bit longer..she is so sticky that she could have done with a bit more maturing..but I was losing the fight with the caterpillars.
The rest are over or well over.
The Whore weighs in around 800g's wet..but I had to chop her all up to get her onto the scales.

Woo looks like I made it just in time for the harvest fest!
Its been a couple weeks sence I last checked in. The girls together yeilded 24g dry. Very smelly herb which I love. Opon opening the jar it smells like coffee! Then just the usual green smell. Also extremely sticky its hard to pack a bowl because it sticks to your finger. The smoke is great, really knocks ya out. I think I harvested at the right time. The high is nice and even, not too heady nor too stoney, just right. Overall I am very pleased with these. Il give them 8/10 with the only con being a low yeild.
