For old folks, fiber one is a friendly medical treatment, a blessing. I put a handful of the fiber one in a bowl, add honey cluster of oats, or frosted flakes and a sprinkle of crushed walnuts cause they are good for me. I soak this in sugar free maple syrup and milk. I give the milk/cereal juice left over to my dog, and she is crapping better too!

they used to sell this stuff called "just right" and it had a bunch of fruit and nuts in it and it was really good.. havent seen it in a few years maybe they stopped making it, but it was tasty.

Hmm... *Cinnamon Honey Bunches of Oats, Count Chocula, Oreo O's, Waffle Crisp, and any kind of granola cereal are all the dank...

I had this 7 dollar box of cereal once though and it was the shit. It had like flax seed or something in it and it just tasted really good. I can't remember what it was called but it was an organic brand at a retailer.
