Yup, I put in a order last night for pakistan valley, afghan kush, and ko chang... then I tried to find something good to read about them, and wasn't successful, lol so I canceled the order and got some Honeymoon, Kalichakra, and White Satin... i think i made the right move lol

On another site, a grower did a test of the WOS Pakistan, Brazilian, and Morrocan. They all hermied. Perhaps not surprisingly, given that these are all equatorial, but beware nevertheless.

I imagine these strains would be breeding stock rather than keepers right out the pack. With the right work in a few generations, the hermie tendencies of the sativa's can be dealt with.

Oldpath - If you popped them, would you mind answering how that AK turned out for you? You know... Flowering times, yield, etc... Edit: Shit, I misread your message. Looks like I'm the odd man out...

I also bought their Afghan Kush and only three of them made it above the medium. Talk about shit, I just about always get 10/10, no shit man. Another pack of beans that came from the same bank gave me 9/10 and those were Mandala. In fact, I've never got anything less than that 9/10 with them on multiple packs.

Anyways, I got one AK that struggled to make it above and she's the female. The other two were males. One female and one male look very similar in appearance... Broader and longer fan leaves... The other male had straight up fat and stubby leaves and was pretty distinct from the others. I've never grown a "pure" indica before so I'm not sure if I'm imagining a somewhat sativa influence or not...

I don't know dude, I think these guys are dicks that just know how to market. People from Spain say their landrace story is more or less a gimmick. On top of that, you don't see or hear too many reports on how their strains grow out, besides people bitching about herms. I'll be flowering her soon so I'll tag this and update on it later and let you guys know how things went down... I better not get any fucking hermies either... These aren't "feminized" or equatorial sativas so hopefully that makes a difference.

This picture is a little outdated so she's a lot bigger and better now...

Hi everybody. I'm growing at the moment outdoor in Spain several strains and 2 of them are afghan kush from wos. I can't say anything bad about them. plants are bushy, like clones and buds are growing hugely. Whatever the bullshits they say about Simon Bolivar, I give them credit because their product is more than allright to me. I've read in that forum people talking about breeders choice, bubba kush... They said it was the best and everything. Breeders choice just rip people off and that's well known here in Spain. They just take your money and run. Here in Spain we have great seeds companies like Mandala, Sweet Seeds, Dinafem, Pyramid seeds... I've tested all of them and they're very good. Especially Sweet seeds and Mandala(that one have a problem to suply seeds, they run out early).

So what's the AK like? I can't find any info from people who have actually grown it out. Just dummies buying beans and storing them until they don't pop. Just like mine, except they weren't stored very long at all, and stored properly on top of that... I bought the AK because it was something different and I was attracted to the whole landrace indica thing. Besides that, I was looking for a fast finisher and a decent yielder. If she does good, I'm going to make her the main strain in my room for awhile... That's probably until a certain Cindy gets released...

And yeah, Mandala is a great seed company in all aspects. I've dealt with them directly and they're pretty cool people. I think the fact that they can offer original genetics at affordable prices is the shit man. They even go that extra mile for your order, if you know what I mean. Yeah, I'm throwing props to Mandala in a WOS thread, but oh well. Just who is WOS anyways?

Well, as I said before, the one that I'm growing are just perfect. As soon as I get a photo camera, I 'll send some pics to show you how huge they are. I'm not telling that wos is a great company because I don't know them. Maybe I've been lucky with my seeds and that's all.
