well right now were growing purple kush and bubba kush and were getting rid of the pk.were also tryin new strains constantly. Right now we have ak47 going some ice cream,blockhead and we have more seeds to try down the road as well.

To answer youre question about the distance of the plants from the lights i cant say exactly.Basically u gotta get a feel for it with youre room and its dimensions and the strain yer are growing.We usually build or stadiums seven feet wide but to fit mine in i had to make tyhem around 6 and a half feet so i had to amp up my fans.And you need a little more distance when they are younger so i usually keep the lights a little higher untill they are established.But by the end the plants are usally leaning into the room and the closer to the bulbs without burning the better.

How did the Blochead work out Thrips?Im running a couple kush strains too and they seem like they might work out , but the ones Im impressed with the most is the sour bubble and green crack x tres dog

Blockhead is an excellent strain.It is a good yielder ,nice smoke ,packs a punch and has great bag appeal.You cant go wrong with that strain.

Heh...yeah I like to keep it clean for my babies. I noticed that since I switched to Promix from Black Gold I'm no longer getting these annoying little soil gnats. Plus I've still got a broken heel and am on crutches for another month so it's a lot of crawling around to take care of the plants. Easier on the knees if the floor is clean.

Veg room is 6' x 7'6" with a sloped ceiling.

Flower room is 6' x 5'.

I've got an area of about 6' x 22' that I can use; just full of a bunch of junk right now. Plus I plan on selling this house next spring and finding something even further out in the boonies. I want a nice hidden indoor garden that is super stealthy before I ramp up beyond 100 plants.

Took some macro shots today. These sure look like male preflowers at Veg Day 19. Am I correct or is it still a bit early to tell?

I'm surprised how fast these things flowered. Wouldn't mind trying to grow these outdoors.

Yeah I'll give them some more time. I can clearly identify 3 of the AK48's as being female. They have the two tell tale hairs coming out. However all 6 of the Bubbleicious appear to be male to me and 3 out of the 6 Ak48's appear to be male (No hairs or the "sack" is extended off of the branch looking like a male preflower). 5 out of 8 of the Lowlife Auto's turned out to be female but 2 of them are runts and 1 for sure is getting the axe as it never got any larger than 4" or so. I collected the pollen from the Auto Males and chopped them.

Hopefully some of those pre-flowers show some female characteristics after I flip to 12/12.

Either way all 10 of those WW seeds sprouted with 1 not looking too healthy. And I plan on taking 2 clones each from my existing AK48's to bring some more ladies to the party.
