Canadian: BC NL Copy

I got some ak99 seeds and I also got some freebies that are called 'NL copy'

Says they are seeds from various canadian breeders and it's a copy of a popular BC Northern Lights. But it doesn't say where from or anything. Just says F2

Anyone know anything on this?

An order got mixed up so i got a freebie this time.. but na they dont give freebies in general. Customer service is very good though

Its already in his description, thou I'm sure Brad might specify if you ask. +1 on customer service for HD. I don't know why I talk him up, then I can't get what I want b/c it is sold out.

That's pretty cool that you got a freebie! I've only ordered from there twice, I have primarily used Gypsy for my seed needs, but I wanted some of Joey's gear and they are the only ones to handle his stuff. I received great service and excellent communication from HD both times, so it doesn't really surprise me that they hooked you up.

As to your freebie, if I were to venture a guess, it is probably an F2 copy of the BCSC NL that has been a popular version for crosses and such. If it is, here is the BCSC description:

Just chiming in to say that I am enjoying JW's AK/99 right now....LOL!!
picture @ week 8...after a 2 month cure the smoke is delicious...mine all turned up more C99 dominant...

could be bcsc's version of nl-which would be a good thing imo. also keep in mind, the original northern lights was big in western canada through the 80's, and back then more people did thier own seed runs. you might find something special in that pack. good luck.....sub
