the worst was nirvana crystal it had good crystal coverage but it had no smell and it had no buzz at all.it sucked

Blackberry .... worset EVER lol
Skunk Red Hair of late 80's (absolutely the worst) and -let's say- half pack of DP Blue Moonshine. The other half were pretty potent. No middle ways.
About germination...it often depends on shops, their fridges and how much they wanna sell old stocks like they were fresh.

My worst strains so far:
Mississippi Mud(JLP)-have 3 more packs, perhaps I will take another run? Saw so much good reports and all my 8 females suck
Legends Ultimate Indica(Fed. Seeds): germrate2/15, got two nice looking girls, but both did smell terrible
Ruderalis Indica(Sensi seeds), not worth to talk about it
Everything else I grew until today, was definitly better than those 3!

White Widow was my worst. Poor yield, smelt bad, tasted bad, high was good (not worth it considering the rest) and way to long of flower. Hard to control height as well.

I think it may depend on whos widow you grow but saying that diffrent people like diffrent things.
I find it supriseing reading threw this thread some label a strain bad becouse of poor germ rates.
You need to first run a strain with desent numbers grow the plants out to matureity harvest dry and cure then sample each to really say yes or no on it if you dont you your self could be over looking a true gen and something you will value for years and years.
Thats hybrids for you some are good some are not some are outstanding and special.

I would have to agree, you should not judge a strain by germ rate at all. That's all dependant on the storage not the strain

Sorry Dailyhempy, but if they're gonna sell seeds in packs of 10 then there should be at least one good representation of the breed in that pack. Either that or on the description they should say "must buy and germinate 3 or 4 packs in order to find the one decent pheno." LOL !! I think that any seeds I buy should germinate well also. I had a pack of ssh and a pack of critical mass that I couldn't get 1 seed out of either pack to germinate. I know people like mr nice stuff, but I am really hesitant to try them again.

Northern lite peak seeds took their time smelled like burnin rubber hot no potency waste of time.

For me Soma Lavender totally stunk. Not bad taste and yield but the high was lousy.

Blue Widow -from Highgrade seeds...The pheno's i got looked smelled like hay/ditchweed...I don't een think i smoked any of it ...I hated the plant structure of this strain...Made a bunch of seeds ,so maby ill try it again in the future
Green house's Trainwreck. i decided to grow some to maybe incorporate into my own trainwreck. all 10 seeds germed and grew. got 9 still in the ground. i had one that budded early. it sucked. no smell, no crystals. i gave it away. that was with over a 30 day cure. still sucked

I know there was a germ prob with a few lines erly this year i think but shanti posted it and told who ever had probs to contact him how many do that few.
I germinated seeds i got from shanti dateing back to 1996 and had over 60% germination and i have germinated seed from 2002 to the more fresh seed made in 2007 and had 90% to 100% germ rates.
A seed companys only as good as the strains they offer and there customer support that is offerd and mr nice has both.

I tried to get some classic BOG genetics from BC Bud Depot. I swear I got 10 random seeds from floor sweepings.
