Wooooooop !!!!!!!!!! Look at all our friends dropping in. Wow this is starting to feel like old times. Thankyou all so much for stopping in and checking out our thread. This is what we do it for!!!! So cool to see people enjoy what we do ....makes it all so much fun for us.
Mammas been doing a great job with the garden this season and we can all see the love she puts into it. Im around helpin but she is really the one doing the day to day tending ... then cooking awesome meals with all these great veggies to boot. wooooooooooooooop !!!! man im a fortunate guy :rasta:
We have really made an effort to keep the plants small this season and never really fed during veg. Now that we are in flower we are encouraging the flowers along but never set out to have big plants. Man the chemD just seems to want to grow like crazy. I kinked about 18 inches of the entire top the other day just to keep it below the fence. Looks like she might be far enough into flower now that i wont have to kink anymore. She is a good grower. The SFV is busy making buds looks like she is going to put out some nice spears. The White is making a run at it and trying to get big enough give us a good taste. Didnt plant her outdoors till like the 10th of july. The other girls went in june 23rd. We normally put our plants in the ground the last week of may .... so you can see we really have not vegged these plants like we could have. Just trying to walk some sort of invisible line our county seems to have drawn.
Well mrsB canned a bunch of tomatoes today. Did blackberry jam over the weekend and now tomatoes today. Hopefully we will have enough put away this season that we can eat garden tomatoes all winter long.
Ok well i just wanted to get a post in here and let you all know how stoked we are to have you stop by our thread. It really makes it all so much fun !! Thanks again !! ]

Thanks for the invite Bud. Looks like the Babba's has created another "Veggie Heaven". (and the 'other' plants look excellent too!) :0)

Now 7 yrs out of SoCal, that is one thing I truly miss this time of year; going out and picking fresh tomatoes, zukes, peppers, lettuce, beans, etc. Just can't do it now in arrid climate I live in now.

Thanks for sharing such a bountiful harvest! Truly magnificent.

I'm pretty much blown away and speechless. And yes I too must make a positive comment about the pretty feet!

The veggies are booming- corn, maters, looked liked cukes, beans, maybe zuccini- just stunning. And you flowers under the plastic were magnifique! I love annuals! hahaha

This hits for you and Mrs. Bubba to commemorate their success and to wish them many more!

Yeah ... what Patient Short Top said. Warms my heart to see the Babba Garden in a scaled down Full Swing Mode. You 2 are an important factor in the Conundrum known as "why herb keeps coming back" ... Much Love and Mad Respect

Everything looks great. The garden is a sight to see it takes a lot of work to keep it looking like yours. I grew up with a garden every year and we picked berries every year for jam also. You never appreciate how much work your parents did until you take on these tasks.

You have a love of nature and a strong work ethic. Good luck to you.
